To call this brokerage incompetent would be generous. My six-figure investment was handled with the kind of carelessness you’d expect from people who have no business touching other people’s money. The platform was unintuitive, trades stalled, and basic account functions failed repeatedly. But the real horror came when I tried to withdraw. Weeks went by without a single response to my tickets or emails. Every day that passed, I grew more convinced that my money was gone forever. The stress took a toll on my health and my family, no one should have to go through this to access their own savings. I was furious, terrified, and helpless all at once. The only positive in this entire mess was ayr'L'P, who took my side, built a watertight case, and escalated it relentlessly until the brokerage had no choice but to release my funds. I’m grateful, but I’ll never forgive the company that put me through this.
