The seller agreed to meet at 6 pm to collect dumbells, but stopped replying when I arrived. I drove 30 minutes each way and completely wasted my time. Very unreliable, dont bother wasting your time buying anything from them.

Purchased the Xn8 boxing gloves from their Amazon site. I’ve had no issues. Good quality, received product and came in time. I can’t comment on the service of their own website, but had no issues ordering from their Amazon account.

This company sold me 20 yoga mats 57.5 wide instead of 61 as advertised. I've been begging them for almost three weeks now to let me exchange them for the correct size mats and they have repeatedly asked for pictures and videos of proof. They have came back and said I'm not telling the truth and just keep saying they sent the correct mats. I need these to start my business and I'm devastated what they have done to me they've taken almost £300 for tiny mats that I can't use.

Bought a resistance band set. The thickest one snapped on the 4th use and I'm scrawny. If someone like me just starting out can break one just after 3 short use workouts it shows how useless they are. It left a welt when it snapped and fired across my arm.

Ordered from this company via Amazon, order was never delivered and I have been unable to reach anyone on the support phone number.

Fraudulent company.
I ordered a Yoga Matt via trusted friends Amazon account.
They took the money but did not send the order.
They have ignored all communications from Amazon.
Amazon are no better.
I asked for a refund and was told wait 48 hours.
I waited and then I was told to wait up to 5 working days for a refund.
I waited 5 days and did not receive a refund.
I contacted Amazon again and have just been told wait another 5 days.
This NOT accptable.
I urge you to buy from somewhere else.

I ordered the pole crash mat from the website priced at £59.99. A few days later it was cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances. I asked if I was to order it again is the same thing going to happen and I was told to order it on Amazon. I said I ordered it on your website because it’s £25 cheaper than Amazon. They cancelled my order so they could make more money. The absolute cheek of them to then say to me if you pay an extra £10 we will give you a £15 discount.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with! I ordered a black and pink mat from them through amazon. They delivered the wrong mat. When I contacted them they told me.to return the product or they offered me a £3 refund for a product that I ordered correctly and cost over £23. I refused this because first a £3 refund for their mistake is insulting to say the least and secondly because I do not have a printer to print their return label and I am unable to go to a post office during covid. My dad has a weak immune system and is classed as high risk, furthermore the post office only allow for queuing outside due to covid so this is not an option as it puts not only my health at risk but also my fathers. Furthermore this is an error made by Xn8 and I should therefore not be made to go out of my way to correct their mistake! I contacted amazon and they were asked to collect the product and drop me the correct one or to provide me with a full refund. Xn8 then offered me a further insulting offer of £5 refund if I return the product which they sent incorrectly and is therefore not my mistake! Again missing the point completely! I contacted amazon again and Xn8 are still telling me to return the product via the post office. They are clearly crooks that do not care about customer service in any way! Thats like going to a restaurant and having the wrong order brought to u! I don't think they would offer u a £3 refund and return the meal! They would hold their hands up to their mistake and admit they had done wrong and either bring u the correct meal or refund u the whole meal! These people do not value customers and their customer service is appalling! I will never deal with these thieves again!

Terrible quality kettlebell. The coating is as rough as sandpaper making it uncomfortable to even hold it statically in your hand. You can easily grate cheese on that surface. Doing dynamic moves with it feels like you are dragging your hands over asphalt. It's so prickly that your clothes will stick to it if touches them.

No return label is provided. You have to return it at your own costs making it economically unviable. I bought it at £55 returning would cost me £15.

P.S. I own three kettlebells sold by a different shop. I have a pretty good idea of what a decent kettlebell is supposed to feel like in your hand.
