Symone - Technical Support Agent is excellent!
Although I am not a fan of the Xneelo platform, I would like to give Symone the Technical Support agent that assisted me in resolving the installation of a staging site a 5 star rating, she was patient and took me through each step and the query was resolved in about 30 minutes or less.

The previous guy by the name Robert just referred me to the knowledgebase and basically refused to assist me further even though i told i felt lost navigating the Xneelo platform.
