Very slow support
I have been working with Xneelo for over five years, and I recommend them to anyone and everyone as a web developer. But lately, I have been struggling to get timely responses on support issues. I sit and wait on their live chat for hours on end before even being connected, and once connected, I sometimes wait 30 minutes for the consultants to reply, only to be disconnected after 5 minutes of not replying. I can't work like this, especially because I have been used to fast help from Xneelo in the past.

Once again Xneelo delivered exceptional…
Once again Xneelo delivered exceptional service and support!! I set one of my domains for cancellation months ago and forgot about it. In the meantime the business who operates with that domain extended their operations. The domain was then cancelled. Within minutes Izak the support consultant sorted out my domain, reinstated it and re-added my DNS records. Izak was very friendly, explained every aspect of the reinstate and was very professional! It is such employees that you WANT to keep in your company. Well done Izak and well done Xneelo.

Love the support at xneelo, they are always on point. I might have to pay a little more than other hosting providers, but the customer support is well worth it. The response time is super fast and its 24/7 and super competent. Allowing me not to not waist time and loose productivity. Tristan sorted my complex issue out today in less than 15 minutes.
