I've never experienced anything like it and was a great start to an amazing stay with the team. The location
The location was really the only positive aspect of this hotel, and even that came with drawbacks due to the constant street noise and late-night crowds arriving at all hours.
The room felt very worn and poorly maintained — honestly more like a frat house than a hotel. There were bugs inside the overhead light fixture, and both the curtains and pillowcases had visible stains from previous guests. The rug appeared so dirty that we avoided stepping on it barefoot. Basic amenities such as shampoo and body wash were also missing.
Fortunately, we only stayed one night. I would not choose to stay here again.

Room was small, but manageable.
Room was small, but well organized. Bed mattresses kept sliding off box springs. Actually fell out of bed once. Room was not clean. When I had occasion to look under the bed (had lost my credit card) I found a lot of dust and material that had fallen down before and had not been cleaned up. When we first came in, we were asked why we were staying so long (it was only a week.) On the other hand, Eric was VERY personable and helpful.

The room is very clean and the beds are comfortable.

The reception staff were friendly and provided us with all we needed. The check in was easy and we were able to leave our luggage after check out to make the most of our last day. Rooms were spacious and very clean. Location was great for transport links to city and the airport.

Overall basic but nice.
Overall, it was a very basic room. The location was pretty amazing, especially if you plan on going to the museums. The bus to the airport was also very convenient. Super easy to use. Just use your Apple Pay when you get on and then scan it again when you get off the bus at the rear, the staff was also very friendly and kind.
As for the room, it was very basic. The bed was OK pillows were a little lumpy. It was a small bed. The bathroom was decent. There wasn’t very much soundproofing so anytime someone came or left You could hear them. the only thing that I really wish there was was a small refrigerator so that I could’ve kept some fresh food in the room I was limited to getting just some fruit peanut butter and bread for snacks. There is a grocery store Nearby which was convenient. The neighbourhood was really sweet and quiet. I would recommend this hotel but I would be honest and say that there could be a few up grades.

Con: Bed was not clean, and I don't need discussions with the front desk when I see two different hair colors and stains in the sheets. The desk to work at was missing a simple desk light. The parking charge 25Euro/day may seem fair for the region, BUT due to the fact that it is no garage/no roof covering your car and this is a bit close to the coast, the local seagulls will make your vehicle quite dirty.

Pleasant stay near city centre
Check in was smooth. Rooms and bathrooms are clean and surprisingly large. Staff were lovely and helpful, great that they can store luggage following a stay. Very close to tram stops so easy to use public transport. The only issue was that the room was very warm, and air conditioning didn’t seem that cold - but staff were helpful and able to provide a fan. Would definitely stay again.
