To clarify the situation, you arrived at the hotel at approximately 08:00 AM. From the very beginning, our reception team informed you clearly about how our check-in process works. The standard check-in time is 15:00 PM, as this is the time required for housekeeping to fully clean, inspect, and prepare rooms after check-out to ensure they meet our hygiene and quality standards for incoming guests.
Throughout the morning, our staff explained your available options in a consistent and transparent way. Early check-in is only possible when rooms are already available before 15:00 PM, and in those cases it is treated as an additional service with a charge of €5 per hour, as per hotel policy. You were informed of this multiple times during your wait.

During your stay in the lobby, our team made efforts to be as accommodating as possible, especially given that you were travelling with a small child. For that reason, you were allowed to remain in the lobby well beyond what is normally expected, even though no room was guaranteed before standard check-in time.
At approximately 13:15 PM, you were informed that a room had become available earlier than planned. However, as per our policy, early access before 15:00 PM still falls under the early check-in service and therefore carries the applicable fee.
We would like to emphasize that our team acted in accordance with established procedures at all times and provided you with clear explanations and options from the moment you arrived. These policies exist to ensure fairness and operational efficiency for all guests, as rooms require time between check-out and check-in to be properly prepared.

We are sorry to read that you experienced frustration during your wait. However, we do not agree with the characterization of the conduct of our staff, who handled the situation professionally and in line with our procedures throughout your interaction.
