Absolutely the worst experience. Hardly the manufacturing experts. Prices are high. My parts were late and out of conformance. Support team is even worse. Go direct.

I placed an order for some prototype parts on December 11 of 2025. I was notified that the order needed prints and it could not be processed until I uploaded them. The website would not let me upload prints because the quote had already been processed as an order. So I duplicated the order, this time uploading prints with the parts. About a week later, I get a notification (without warning) that my original order was preparing to ship. I immediately contacted my rep and asked that the second duplicate order be cancelled. For almost two weeks I get the run around via email, followed by another shipment notification now for my second (duplicate) order. Immediately followed by an email stating that if I want to cancel the second order at this late of a stage, it's going to cost me another $430. With all the options out there on the internet for rapid prototyping, we all have a choice. I will choose another service when the needs arise in the future.

it just worked it worked so well that I have just sent in my second order. And I'm working on the third one right now.

Both the price and delivery time are better than protolabs.

Xometry is very helpful with getting instant quotes on custom jobs, and their manual quote team is almost just as fast. I have been very satisfied with Xometry's competitive pricing, lead-time, and part quality.

Easy to use quoting system. On time delivery per the quote and with timely updates where the parts were in both manufacturing and delivery. As a small company I will definitely use again with out hesitation.

Xometry always Delivers.
I have now used Xometry 4-5 times for my CNC needs. It allows small business like mine who does not yet have a CNC machine the ability to deliver products for our customers.

in the end, everything worked out well but 2 of my 4 orders were bumpy.
the first order, the deburring burned the mirror finish on the part. but they made it right in a timely fashion.
the next order was contracted out to China. they couldn't get a proven CAD drawing to work and couldn't supply a common SS sheet acc to my spec that was also on the Xometry website. they tried to mirror polish the SS themselves but it came out more like a brushed chrome. but again, Xometry made it right. the last 2 batches were phenomenal in quality. and the communication back and forth to resolve issues was pretty good.

I always choose the lowest cost option and have always been pleasantly surprised by the quality and also the sooner than expected delivery.

Easy to produce a part that was no longer available from the manufacturer. The cost was almost the same.

Just what I ordered. Very accurately cut. Shipped and received early

My parts were turned out great. The price was the best I could find for low volume orders.
I'm looking forward to ordering more parts from them soon.

Product was delivered on time and to spec.
The process was very simple, all the way from uploading to ordering to tracking.
And the part is working perfectly.
