No customer service at all. Total waste of money. If this is your choice of software, you might as well do it manually. Their system always have bugs and there's absolutely no one is available to help despite trying all means (Skype, phone, email, live chat). This company should close down.
The worst customer service I have ever experienced. It takes weeks until you receive replies from their support. After you pay you don't hear anything from them anymore. They only have a payline to reach them (after you have paid). A nightmare.
