Ordered 10 pairs in Canada from a supposedly Canadian company, got charged in american dollars. Complained about it, they offered a refund, but..... I paid $108 and got refunded $103. And I know for a fact the C$ had not devalued by 0.95% against the U$ over 1 week.
I've only just put them on but not tried them out yet. Think they could have designed a neater way to finish them and could become uncomfortable just tucked in. Very weird asking the customer to cut and burn the ends of the laces - I can see some potential law suits!
My problem isn't the laces however - it was that it took over a month to receive them. Doesn't matter that they're coming from USA to Australia, I've ordered items from USA and UK that have got here in 2-3 days!
But a month to wait for laces is just ridiculous.

I bought their laces the first time 3 years ago and I got them internationally shipped without any issue. I love them a lot and bought more pairs. Can't imagine I lived so many years of my life without this laces.
