Dr Magic Oven and Grill Cleaner

Extremely disappointed with the above product, and more so by their appalling customer service in responding to a faulty product issue.

Will never buy any of their products again, and if it was possible to give a Zero star rating - I would!

There is a reason why Mr Muscle Oven Cleaner is more expensive than this product - their’s actually works !

Tried to use Dr Magic cleaner on my oven and it was impossible to get anything at all out of the can. Vigorously shook the can, cleaned the nozzle out, but nothing happened.The can feels full is within BBD, but nothing is being expelled at all!

Contacted customer services for assistance, and following a lengthy delay they asked for the product to be returned to them. I confirmed I could do this and asked for a paid returns label.

Heard nothing back from them since 18th February!!

Please be aware that any issues with this organisation are extremely unlikely to be resolved to the customers expectations.
