When we first signed up everything was great, from the apps used to the Customer Service. They were fast, knowledgeable and just all around a great experience. Several months in, it all fell apart. I was constantly online trying to have service fixed, and instead of attentive and knowledgeable, it turned into a disaster. Playlists would stop working randomly, different ones on different accounts in the same house, and that was when it worked at all, it was endless. Didn't even last the year. Do yourself a favor, find another from the beginning and don't waste your time and money like we did.
