My parents went through this company and since the day they their internet installed it would cut in and out daily, was extremely slow, and over all the worse experience I had with an internet company. For a 100 bucks a month what a joke….. definitely do not recommend this company
This company is no good!
Nothing but straight problems with them. Slowest wifi I’ve ever had. Customer service sucks also, we called asking why nothing was done with the wifi because it kept shutting off and they were nothing but rude and hung up on us. Trash wifi and trash customer service. DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

They send out tech he does what he does and tells me it's fine. It's the same thing over and over again every time I call. The last time I called they told me that I would have to pay for the tech at $125.00 to come and look at the problem. that is b$$$$$it Why should I have to pay for their crappy service when they can't their c$$p together
Absolutely the worst wifi ever
Absolutely the worst wifi ever. Will blame the router and insist on buying new parts when really the wifi is garbage. No connection, not promised speeds, horrible all around. Please whatever you do don’t sign up with them. It is a horrible horrible headache having everything lag when loading

Been with the company for a year now, as it's the only Internet I can get where I live.
Terrible experience as my wifi always glitches (everyday) and is even worse now that they are with valley fibre. Which upon numerous of calls, wondering when the switch is happening, when they will fill in the holes in my yard. I love the same routine... "We will do a hard reset to your modem". Or "we will put in an order to fill in the holes and when the 'drop' will be done. I had an order in June for somebody to come and set up their system, but no one came. Construction started last fall and has finished in July in my area, just wires sticking out everywhere and no answers.
Thumbs down 👎 the best part is that neither swift nor valley fibre can't help for these answers, yet their equipment is being advertised and used for the work? I do understand the hiring out contract babble. But come on. Stop losing my work orders and get with it folks. :(
Worst company on earth?
Not only the worst internet provider in the country. Probably the worst company on earth. Do whatever you can to stay away from these criminals and scumbags. You will NEVER get the speeds they promise and they will try to charge you to fix their garbage equipment. Their "customer service" is almost as useless as their internet service. Go with Starlink or ANYONE besides this truly awful company.

XPLORNET IS HORRIBLE. We used to get 11mbps with xplornet. Customer service was absoluteley terrible. Took hours to cancel. Starlink is much better.

I was with Xplornet for almost 8 years…
I was with Xplornet for almost 8 years and the service went from bad to worse in that time period. I moved to Starlink a year ago and believe it or not, even with their AI answering your questions, it's still better than Xplornet for customer service when I have a question. And when you try to cancel your Xplornet, it takes an hour+ and they spend most of that time trying to convince you that you still need them. Not. And the internet? I paid over $200 a month for years for 20MB download speed and consistently got 2-5MB download. Can't even compare to Starlink - even on a bad day I get 100MB download speed now and I'm in a very rural location. So the product is bad, the customer service is bad and they don't make it easy to to cancel. You have to be invested in cancelling since you are put on hold repeatedly with the hope you'll give up.
Worst speeds/service ever
Worst speeds ever, even with a huge tower. No service person ever responded after 2 weeks of complaints about complete outage. Switched ourselves to Starlink. Amazing.

Using this company has been the BIGGEST WASTE OF MONEY and I highly recommend you do not waste yours here too.
I pay for the 'fastest' option and I can not even get 1 single TV to stream Netflix smoothly (and I live alone).
And dont expect to be helped when calling into technical support, 12-15 times every week. The employees don't even believe that your having issues because they 'cant see anything on their end', which means they either can't or won't help figure out why... And then to rub salt on the open wound they can't wait to get you off the phone.
Trust me when I say don't sign up with this company - I'm speaking as a current customer living in a pool of regrets.
Got an email to say my Wimax service…
Got an email to say my Wimax service will be terminated by the end of Nov....but they offered me their satellite service. That was the original reason for me dumping Xplore when another company set up wimax in our area. Thru the years they were taken over by Xploitnet. Service went to the dog's.
Switching to Starlink...equipment arrived today. Bye Xploitnet.
Diabolical Customer Service
After being told by Xplornet that they are decommissioning the tower in our rural area, and that there were no other options available for unlimited data, I switched to a different provider. I then called Xplornet to cancel their service and, so far, I have made 4 extremely long calls and they still haven't canceled it. My last call ended with them telling me, again, that I have to call back tomorrow and speak to a different department! Absolutely diabolical customer service!

It’s internet doesn’t even work properly most of the time it keeps disconnecting and is only giving me 99 kps it disconnected as I’m writing this

Terrible company, customer for 18 years. I just terminated my service for fibre optics. They offered me free 2 months, then they dropped my monthly fee to $50. I said no thanks. I was getting a discount for the last 7 months, service is terrible. I was paying $90.32 a month, then for my last month they charged me $112.99, because I cancelled. Greedy and petty of a company.
