I tried purchasing a ps5 for my children. They pulled $320 from my account into a random paypal account that has no association to the company's name. The following morning they provided me a fake tracking number and have never replied to my email. Being i know it's a scam after reading about several other identical encounters I immediately disputed the transaction with my bank. Never order from this fake business, save yourself the time and energy!

SCAMMERS!!!! They are thieves…. Don’t do it, they will scam you and try to take double out of your account… They will talk via phone or email on the fire try but afterwards you will hear from them..

Terrible company. You CANNOT send items back once they arrive. The products are all fakes and take weeks to arrive. Customer service is shocking and they will only correspond in the beginning. Once you ask to return an item they do not respond.

DO NOT purchase anything from this store/company. You will be purchasing fake shoes at premium prices. Do not believe the positive reviews as they are also fake. I am in the process of claiming my money back through my credit card company. And even though they are 100% fake shoes this company is contesting my claim. Absolutely shocking.

Every positive review on here is written by the shop owner, who is a fraud. Selling poor quality fake trainers. Claim your money back via section 75 to get all your money back. Look at all the real negative reviews

The company are selling counterfeit trainers please please be aware. Luckily i was able to get my money back but they are still months later disputing the case in denial trying to steal my money. Don’t let them take ur hard working money like they tried mine. Scammers pretending to be legit. The fake trainers are not even a great like for like & the fact they charged £150 for horrendous counterfeit items is appalling. Avoid. Wish I read reviews first 😔

bought a pair of Nike trainers. After 32 days, the soles had started to come away from the bottom. I contacted the company to return them and was initially told it was outside the refund period. The shoes cost £170, so I explained they were faulty and was offered £15 to repair them myself. I said this was not acceptable and requested either replacement shoes or a refund. Since then, I have politely emailed four times with no response. I am now reporting this to Trading Standards and pursuing a claim through the Small Claims Court. Do not buy from this website

The shoes are smelling and it’s not an original! Don’t order from them. I have been trying to get a refund but they just ignoring my emails, call, messages on Instagram etc.
They shouldn’t be providing business! It’s fake! People DON’T ORDER FROM THEM!!!!

I had a great time shopping at XportStore. The product range is impressive and varied. The website loads quickly with easy browsing. My order arrived on time and in perfect condition. Support was friendly and helpful. Looking forward to future purchases!

Xportstore is a fraudulent business. They sell conterfeit products with slightly cheaper prices than originals, trying to make them pass for originals. (Don't believe these 5-star comments; they are generated by him. Believe the ones that put 1 star, those are the real experiences with this business.)

According to the UK (gov.uk) website listing businesses registered in the UK, the company only has one person behind it, Muhammad Wajahat Khan, a Pakistani citizen residing in Pakistan. There is no "Rebecca" from Customer Service communcating with you through email. Also, phone calls will never be answered.

I purchased a pair of Nike Black TNs a while ago, and after falsely promising to refund them as per their alleged refund/return policy, he stopped replying to me through his alias "Rebecca."

I had to raise a claim with my bank, and during the dispute he even tried to charge my card a second time before the VISA arbitration. He of course lost the dispute and I even got to keep his counterfeit shoes that I threw away given their pitiful quality. I have also reported his business for fraud, and he is being investigated at the moment or will be soon. He even ended up closing his announce on the app on which I made the purchase.

If you've purchased anything from this store, report it as fraud, as selling counterfeit goods in the UK is a criminal offense; but since he seems to reside in Pakistan, he might escape legal repercussions. Though his business might close for good.

Don't forget to claim a chargeback from your bank. You will always win the VISA arbitration against him because he is flagged now.

FAKE FAKE FAKE!! DO NOT BUY!! Good copies but not near the same quality as Nike. Wrong box, wrong packaging for an extra £20 I would’ve got the real things from the Nike website. Waited ages for the shoes & when I eventually got them - 3 weeks! & then saw the quality & wanted to return I was blanked by email & phone.. #crapfakecompany

DO NOT BUY from XPORTSTORE. You will receive counterfeit goods.They are high quality so hard to tell the difference. There ignoring all emails and calls, I cannot get refunded. Currently Trying to proceed with my bank. Also took 3 weeks to arrive.

Waiting for a refund that they confirmed about a month ago. Any emails and calls I have made has not been responded to.
Their website says refund guaranteed, but it isn't.
I would not recommend to purchase anything from this website.

Be careful when ordering from this company. They incorrectly state return instructions on their website ensuring you have to contact them. They then ignore your emails. No one answers the phone number stated on the contact details. Product itself does not look genuine.

STAY AWAY FORM THESE! If I could give one star I would bought a pair of Nike OG air max 95 and they are FAKE I own a real pair and these are nothing but a cheap copy. Asked for a refund and being ignored now have to raise a case with the bank and get a letter off Nike confirming they are not real. SCAM COMPANY BEWARE

Fake trainers but quality was ok

I contacted Xport after not receiving an email confirmation for my order of Ladies Air Max 270s.
The only payment option at the time was bank card, no Paypal option or anything else!
Xport, Part address High Road, London. I emailed them expressing my concerns at not having received an email confirmation of my order & for this reason, if the trainers were even genuine!?
Xport replied informing me their trainers were 100% authentic & if I wasn't happy on receiving them, I had a 30 day money back guarantee to return them in.
The website also advertises in the case of returns you are unable to take online purchases back to their stores however there are no stores listed!?
They also advise 24/7 support!
All emails were only replied to in the middle of the night, if at all or sometimes only every few days!
When the trainers finally arrived we compared them to a genuine pair my son owns & could clearly see the Xport pair were FAKE!!!
I emailed Xport advising I'd like to please return them as I'd ordered them as a gift & they'd arrived too late so would like a full refund!
Xport responded advising they'd arrived within the time frame allowed?
But because of the 30 day money back guarantee, they'd be in touch shortly with return instructions...
Obviously I've not heard back again!!!!
Luckily my bank has refunded me the money whilst they carry out investigations.
Please be careful & don't be taken in by these SCAMMERS like I've been!!!

Total scam…. Cheap rubbish knock offs I bought my son for Christmas, ignored all my emails then when I raised the query with my credit card company they have used evidence of an email that never arrived…. Avoid at all cost… not sure how corrupt business are allowed to trade like this!!
