Decided to buy an iMac m3 from gadget express On Amazon They have an eBay account as well But I bought from Amazon in good faith it turned out one day late and then on top of that opening the box there was no lightning cables no Apple mouse no Apple keyboard that it says on the Amazon ad all comes with the product. They did put a keyboard in there and a mouse but it was a £30 keyboard and mouse that used a USB that Use the USB And the keyboard has no cable To plug-in Even though it clearly states on the Amazon ad that you get colour coordinated Apple mouse and Apple Lightning cables, everything that you would get if you bought a brand-new one So how can I even trust this company that they’ve even refurbished it properly? On multiple calls to the home number, there’s not a business number is a home number And one call to the shop where I got through Where the guy said he had nothing to do with him Made complaints on Amazon, which have not been repaired Reply to yet So if I was you and you’re thinking about buying from gadgets express really think again and you can see in reviews they’re all bad But never mind, I will get a refund from From Amazon

This company is disgusting tried buying folding trolley for work got sent rubbish laundry bags now just being ignored by them pls save your money go to shop so you know what your buying

Purchased some LED lights via their eBay listing, arrived with a faulty power supply. They would not just agree to send a new power supply, they expected me to remove the lights I had installed, pack it all up and return to them at my expense in the hope that the next package might actually work. Tried to communicate and make them see sense but hopeless, just got back sarcastic messages wishing me a good day etc. eBay, you should remove them from your platform because companies like this, selling Chinese junk, put me off buying.

They aren't worth even 1 star. A minus 5 star would be my rating if that option were available.
They provide is zero customer support. New sales get immediate response but once you have purchased, that's it. Totally ignored messages. I have verified this by enquiring about a purchase from an anonymous account.

The Nepalese Director of the company lives in China so good luck getting your money back or returning the rubbish they peddle.

This company has now sent me twice (two separate orders) the completely wrong item as described on Ebay page (care reverse camera). They sent me last week (18-06865-17838) and again this week (today, 21-06880-15302)they sent another house wall display plate?. After contacting the seller, they said it was a mistake due to new distributors. Ok, mistakes can happen. They refunded me and I ordered again, only to get the same wrong item again.
I am sure Trading standards and Ebay would have a field day investigating the total misleading of customers on advertising a different product to gain customers money?.

This company sold me a wireless doorbell camera.Worked fine for a couple of weeks and then wouldn't record.Wouldn't get any notifications if anyone was at my house.Just rubbish and I contacted these lot a number of times and they just didn't care to reply,or help in any way atoll.Im down £30 well actually £40 as I had to buy special batteries for it.I asked ebay for help and paypal so we will see if anything comes of it.But my advice would be stay clear as they sell faulty stuff and just expect you to sack it up.DONT BUY FROM THEM.

service just sent me the email to ask contuct with royal mail directly many many times and finally ask me to go to royal mail office directly!!Whenever I contucted with this company,all most of replys were copy and paste and very very slow reply.
They've never tried to help customer.
I just lost all my paymet and I really disappointed with their treat with customer.
Please please avoid ordering this company.
I don't want anyone to feel same very bad customer service and just lose your money
and waste your precious time regardress
of nothing resolved issues.

A Watch Repair Tool Kit is Very well presented, it certainly looks the part! My kit arrived exactly as shown in description photo. There was also simple instruction leaflet packed inside the kit . I haven't used the kit yet but feel sure that I will get some use out of it and a return on my investment. Sure, some of the components are of cheap plastic and the metal tools will not be manufactured from engineering steel, so I am not expecting them to provide the same performance as set of tools costing £50 or more. In conclusion, I am very happy with what I have got for the money I have laid out.

I have purchased a Pet Dog Training Collar for my dog This is awesome product. The rechargeable device works by both vibration and beeping. It has different vibration settings so you can find the right one suitable for your pet. Your dog will learn to associate the device with his behaviour. The remote control has a 500 yards range so if he is off the lead it will still work, and the collar is waterproof so it's OK in the rain. My dogs behaviour has improved and I think with a little extra time and training his bad behaviour will stop altogether.

I have purchased Windscreen Car Glass Window Screen Repair Kit

Happy with the contents of the kit, has everything you need to prep the area and then clean it off. Don't even need scissors to cut the resin because of the razor blade.
Instructions seemed easy enough to follow however I assume there was a manufacturing defect with my applicator, or I should have tried driving it all the way through the mount before starting. As can be seen in the last two photos the thread mount is off centre, despite trying to line it up several times I could not get it straight.
This meant that when pressed all the way to the windscreen it is hard to get even contact because it's at an angle and it became very difficult to get enough grip to tighten it.
Still it seemed to do a decent job despite not lining very well. I was worried with the last step of scraping off the excess as there was a lot of resin, however it comes off easily enough after a few minutes.
Probably worth a punt if you don't mind spending a tenner to just try it.

Brilliant transmitter upgrades any car to Bluetooth. So easy to use, it connected first time with my iPhone and streamed my music to the stereo effortlessly. The sound quality was superb.

It also offers Bluetooth hands free which is must in today’s world. Although I’m not a fan of using mobiles in cars full stop, it’s a useful feature to have if you need it. I'm very happy with my purchase

I ordered digial voice recorder. I’m very impressed with this handy little voice recorder, it has a nice weight to it and build quality is solid. It has two microphones on the top of and speaker at the bottom and the buttons are on the side at the back, quite easy to navigate the buttons once you get the hang of it. It also doubles as a USB drive and an MP3 player. I found the clarity of the microphone very good you can adjust the recording quality, playback was very good the speaker is quite loud for a very small device. The screen is quite bright and easy to navigate using the buttons

Bought wi-fi repeater as our Internet connection was dropping upstairs.Very simple to install, Once I had it all setup it provided a great boost to the signal and we no longer have issues with connections,Delivery was fast and the box was well packaged inside.

says they tried to deliver but not delivered so wont refund. Yet tracking clearly shows as not delivered. no card through door to show tried to deliver. seen a few other people with same problem.

Purchased a bluetooth speaker from this seller through ebay.
The speaker stopped working after five months and as it has a one year guarantee, I am trying to contact the seller, who ebay inform me is a registered trader in the UK.
Sadly, no response to two emails now...So .Will now have no choice but to contact trading standards to report this trader.

Bought a Bluetooth for my car, been preparing to ship since the 1st. WTH??!! Payed for this product on February 28th. Not very happy!!!!
