As a nervous elderly solo traveller I was so pleased to be collected from home by a very polite and friendly driver who drove me to the airport. He also found my key which I did not know I had dropped and he gave it back to me when he took me home a week later. A truly excellent service.

We used Xpress Taxis for a lift to and from Luton airport. The pickup was early hours of the morning and drop off late in the night. Both drivers where great, they where incredibly punctual and accommodating to flight time / airport delays, there was water waiting in the car for us and the journey was quick and smooth. They both where professional and polite, friendly drivers and loaded the luggage for us. Will definitely be using the service again

What a find! So helpful in a real emergency. Booked via WhatsApp and without going into details of what was a very stressful situation, their Online Controller and driver could not have supported a vulnerable person any better.

Friendly and reliable taxi company. Have a son with special needs that needs lift too/from college and they are great with him. Always respond to any taxi request in seconds!

A very smooth journey from Heathrow to Milton Keynes. I booked the taxi while in Canada giving the flight details. Got confirmation within minutes of booking. Told me who the driver would be, followed by the details of the car and how to contact the driver via WhatsApp. Very thorough in their communication.
