The site is a scam and they are thieves.

The site is a scam and they operate out of London, England. They operate totally illegally contrary to both Canadian and the UK financial codes and they are not licenced. I earned $35162.05 USD and when I went to withdraw funds they cut me off from emails and web site as well as the phone. I never heard from them again and they refused to respond to me. DON'T BE TAKEN IN!!!!!!!!!

Where do I even begin?

Where do I even begin?! XP Traders treated me very horribly and it still surprises me because it all started out so well. Turns out they were just pretending, so they could get money from me. I feel so ashamed that I couldn't read between the lines and I almost lost so much money. I put in a request for a withdrawal and they threatened me to invest more or lose my money and my account would be closed. Foolishly, I paid the money and they closed my account regardless. After reaching out to the helpful team at Eleven and Stone, my case has been successfully resolved and money recovered, against all odds. Please beware of XP Traders because they are unlicensed and they will only take advantage of you.

Pure Scammers

Incident happened in November 2024 when I was contacted by Alexandra Lyner for online investment. I invested a total of RM300,000 plus and was told withdrawal would be principal plus profit on 29 Nov 2024.

1. 29th November, Alexandra Lyner told me that we will start the withdrawal process.

2. Someone from Blockchair, who I never interacted with, called and said he will need to verify some paperwork before he can put the funds into my Coinbase wallet. He requested for both mine and my wife's ID (which I've given).. then he requested for my wife's bank statement (which I also gave).

3. He then sent me a note via telegram saying that I need to put some money in my wallet to perform a liquidity check to show that I am not doing money laundering and that I am not involved in any terrorist activity. The amount was 10% of my withdrawal limit which came to be about RM100k+ and that this money will be withdrawn together with the funds that he just placed in my Coinbase wallet.

4. I told him I do not have this kind money as I 've already invested everything I have to Alexandra Lyner from XPTraders. Then she told me try to get a loan because he (The guy from Blockchair) said we need to do the liquidity check within 24hours or my wallet will be frozen.

5. At this point I've talked to my wife and she did some checking with the wallet used for the transaction called Coinbase. The Coinbase Rep told my wife that the funds sent over to the wallet originated from an Inauthentic USDT Contract Address and that Coinbase will NEVER ask for ANY liquidity check.

6. I've repeatedly ask Alexandra Lyner to explain why Coinbase would say this and I NEVER got a an answer to my question. She kept saying that I need to perform this liquidity check in order to withdraw the funds from Coinbase wallet. She then said she will deposit my so-called bonus of USD10K to my Coinbase wallet and that she wants me to deposit another RM20K first to get the process started and after that we will talk to the blockchair person to start the liquidity check. MY QUESTION IS: WHAT IF AFTER I PAID THE RM20K AND BLOCKHAIR DOES NOT APPROVE AND STILL DEMAND THE BALANCE? WHAT WILL I DO? AND HER ANSWER WAS SHE WILL HELP ME. Help with what? IS SHE GOING TO GIVE THE BALANCE OF THE AMOUNT TO HELP ME WITH THE LIQUIDITY CHECK? Or will she give me IDEAS on where to get the money?

7. Matters became worst when my wife AGAIN checked with Coinbase wallet and once AGAIN Coinbase said the USDT amount sent over to my wallet was from an Inauthentic USDT Contract Address and as such will not be able to be withdrawn. I AGAIN asked Alexandra Lyner and for an explanation but instead she attacked my wife saying that my wife don't know anything and that my wife was probably jealous of me and her!

7. After a few days, Alexandra Lyner messaged me and said that her manager, Mr Richard, wanted to call us. I agreed to the phonecall and after explaining the situation, all Mr. Richard kept saying was that we have to perform the liquidity check meaning I have to come up with the RM100K plus before my money in coinbase can be withdrawn out. I kept telling him I don't have have anymore money and if all he can suggest it to find money to get the liquidity check, then we have nothing to talk about and he agreed with me.

8. I have no idea why you are contacting me again because I have no more money to be scammed by you guys anymore. YES, I am calling you people SCAMMERS because there is NO SUCH THING as a liquidity check to withdraw MONEY from my own wallet. According to Coinbase wallet:

a) " If someone is asking for funds to facilitate withdrawals, it is likely a scam. Please be cautious.

b) After reviewing your tokens, it appears that the USDT you received under the transaction is a duplicate of the USDT ERC-20 token.

Reviewing the transaction hash, we were able to confirm that you interacted with an inauthentic token contract address of USDT:
Inauthentic USDT Contract Address.

Anyone can create and name any ERC-20 token on Ethereum, including creating fake versions of existing tokens and tokens that claim to represent projects that do not have a token.

9. As of today, my wallet is not frozen, as the guy from blockchair and Alexandra Lyner threatened me, and the so-called "funds" you guys sent me still sit prettily in my wallet. I guessed i am RICH in cyberworld only huh?

10. Please explain all this to me. I've tried getting an explanation from you guys and I have received NONE, not one explanation that makes sense to me. Not one explanation that would explain why Coinbase would say that the tokens I received from you guys originated from an Inauthentic USDT Contract Address. Not one explanation and yet you guys keep asking me for more money!

Just Don’t !

Just Don’t !
Don’t ever invest any money with this company XP Traders
They are a total scam
They assign you a financial advisor who will phone you via a phone no listed somewhere in Australia but you will never never be able to phone them
They start off with the gentle touch and if you don’t do what they want which is invest more money they will gradually turn up the heat and bring in the heavy hitters to threaten you with closing your account and losing everything unless you do what they demand
At this point I knew it was a scam and I told them so and hung up the phone
I can no longer access my account as I’m no longer authorized
This whole thing happened over 5 weeks
Screenshots taken showing everything
Luckily for me I didn’t lose very much

I have been scammed and 2 bank accounts…

I have been scammed and 2 bank accounts closed me down. I am hoping for support to get my money back. Also talked me into getting a loan. Made one payment and made me trust in them. Also tried to talk me into selling my car. I have now reported this to the cyber police and wanting to take further action. Anyone who can please support me and guide me much appreciate it? We also need to take this to the media. I saw this add, Richard White channel 9. Started with $400 and then borrowed. They now ignore me and mislead me. No I haven’t made the money as stated. Also sending me codes. I hope this company is shut down and we are all compensated. Extra stress in my life I did not need. Definitely scammers 100%

She was about to send the money & I told her not too. Since then they have not stopped calling over 18 calls within 20minutes. Thank god she called me before sending money. Total SCAM!
