I never received my order but was told it had been delivered when I asked for proof of delivery I was then told it hadn't been delivered because of problems with the courier service I have been offered 33% refund 65% refund and the latest offer and most offensive a full refund minus £13.99 for postage this issue is still ongoing six wks so far. My advice is unless you want to go pickup your order yourself from China avoid any dealings with this firm

This is a scam. Do not buy from them! You will lose all your money and time

I am trying to track my package and can't get an answer to where it is. I have tried sending emails and those get delayed or returned. I just want my stuff.

July 2024. Placed an order. Tried twice verifying shipping address. No success. Now its Sept 2024, they are offering me a 70% refund because the delivery service that this vendor is using is refusing to compensate xSHOPPY for the undelivered package. They want to pass the loss to us the customer. Mind you, we live an urban area, where we receive countless deliveries. This is a scam.

Twice I have tried to get our parcel delivered and both times tracking was sent . First time they said it was mislaid even though it said delivered. Company then said it would be sent again , 31 days later same deal . This company are just scammers and thieves. Don’t use them people .

Total scam. Never received anything and they sent tracking info and updated it regularly just to keep you from reporting them I suppose

1 to 4 days postage, I've put an order through on the 18 May and since then I have not heard a thing. Very unprofessional.

This is a total scam!!! I ordered a pool cleaner and got a necklace from China. $39.99 for a $1.00 necklace!! A total scam. No way to contact them! A rip off!! These people should be prosecuted!!

I ordered a pool vacuum and received a necklace. The person I emailed was not helpful. Told me to call customer service but didn’t give me a #. Can’t find a # on their site. Only email addresses. This is a rip off company.

Purchased a pool robotic cleaner that never arrived. They sure didn't mind taking my money. This business is a scam. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

We ordered two pet beds for my dogs and the package didnt come. We tracked the package and it said it was delivered. It was not. We sent an email to ask for them to find the package and they said to give our tracking number (which was not valid) to our local post office to have them find the package and we could go pick it up ourselves. OURSELVES. If they sent the package and it went to the wrong place THEY need to find it and deliver it to me. If not, we will fight for a refund and/or get our attorney involved. This response was ridiculous.

I purchased a container set from a company called Morrstan, they claim to sell from this site(xshoppy) I was charged on June 23 2023 for my purchase and had a tracking # and all. Tracking says my order was delivered on June 30. No sign of order. Tried to e-mail Morrstan, no reply. I have done a little research and it looks like another scam company. I will submit a claim to my credit card company.

Ordered a dog kennel and instead received a box of thin cheap socks. Company has made excuses that their warehouse made a mistake, but this is a Chinese company and I can only communicate via email to some unknown employee that is very unhelpful. I will now have to go back to my credit card company and see if they can assist. This company is Fraudulent, buyer beware!

this company is part of a worldwide scam they work with a bogus company called Christin in the UK not sure what they are called elsewhere but the business is a purse scam set up. Telephone and emails are bogus they do not exist
They seem to have been able to advertise on any Meta owned platform with impunity, boycott
all of Zuckerbergs social media platforms until they start to do something about the scamming. It has nothing to do with free speech

These people are a HUGE scam ring. I ordered an item and like everyone else, NEVER received it. Instead, I finally received some USB thing, definitely NOT the craft box that was advertised. But this will be added to the evidence in my claim against them. I filed a police report and fraud claims as they are committing a Federal crime. I cannot wait until they get caught!

This company deserves a zero rating. Ordered boots from the a specific brand and color. They sent me something totally different. Their justification was that the boots were acceptable as the "meet similar characteristics. They know its is cost prohibitive to send back. They will not give refund.

Sold me a pile of tat, quality very poor quality. Adverts very misleading and show images of items you don’t actually received
