This is a fake seller who scammed £30 out of me. The did not reply to a single one of my many emails. My item i paid for 2 years ago still hasn't come. Neither has any emails confirming it is on its way, only one single email saying they have gladly taken my money...

I ordered a Stranger Things mystery box in July and still haven't received. Really upset that this company would take money and not give the goods, I cant afford this as I'm sure others are the same.

Has anyone ever received their box?
Is there an escalation route to finally receive my box?

Company do not respond to emails chasing the item :(

As below, no boxes received, no reply beyond an automated response. The postal address is a storage unit. Scam company, do not use. It seems to me they might have been initially legit then ran out of stock or cashflow. However, do not order and expect to receive any goods.

I ordered a Doctor Who Official Mystery Box (October Edition) back in October (10.10.18) and received a confirmation email at the time. Early November (03.11.18) I received an email telling me that my order of a Doctor Who Official Mystery Box (November Edition) was on its way, but received no tracking information.
When I had received no package and no information by late November I emailed customer service (21.11.18) and received an automated response, but no further reply. I would like to request a refund, but no longer feel like I have any way of getting my money back, as they cannot even address a polite query.

Would give 0 if I could. This must me a scam as I bought something months ago have not received it and now the company does not respond.

Still awaiting my fantastic beasts mystery box... I've had no emails, no replies, this is a shocking website. Utterly appalling...

I ordered 2 mystery boxes for my grandaughters christmas present. ordered late October received e-mail confirmation and money taken from bank. Have sent numerous e-mails and received the same e-mail back each time saying late because of high demand.The last e-mail stated order would leave warehouse last Friday. This did not happen, E-mailed them again today and got the same e-mail back again stating there was high demand and in process. I have now had enough and will be attempting to get my money back but at the moment £70 wasted. I also tried the phone number but went to voicemail. This really is not acceptable.

I ordered a Fallout 76 mystery box on October 20th, received an email straight away saying I'd be contacted when it was dispatched and payment was taken the same day.
I realised I hadn't changed the size so sent an email asking if this was possible and got an automated response saying someone would get back to me within 24 hours. I left it a couple of days with no response so sent another email and for the same auto reply but no follow up.
I then decided to try the phone line which went to voicemail with a full mailbox. I tried again a couple of days later and was able to leave a message asking for someone to get back to me but, again, nothing. I've left another 2 messages on this voicemail without response.
My next step was to leave a Facebook messenger message but this was also ignored. Then I discovered they appear to be rebranding to XSMerch who also have a Facebook page and also ignore their Facebook messages!
The only option I now appear to have is to contact my bank and attempt to get the money back or its £30 down the drain. I've never experienced zero customer service before, it's almost funny how it's allowed to happen! Anyway, please don't make the same mistake I did and avoid them like the plague!

I ordered material in September and nearly 3 months have passed and nothing. When I try and contact them I get zero response. Will not be using again.

I ordered the nightmare before Christmas box back in mid October after finding the link on Instagram and have not heard anything in the weeks that followed. I tried to email them at least four times however the email bounced back saying that the email address was not found!

I received an email to confirm collection from the courier through 3rd party was happening this week, but after collection date showing as collection no longer required and not collected, was reassured by courier company that this was a mistake and have sent an email and left messages to say I want to know what is going on to no reply.

I will be going to trading standards and will be reporting this to Instagram as this is not what customer service should be like!

bloody atrocious. I ordered my mystery box in October and nothing has arrived, I have had no updates and customer service are just ignoring me.

No customer service. Received my mystery box in a cardboard box, not the box advertised. Not happy with the content and have requested a return over 5 times with still no reply.
Absolute scam and joke of a company. I will be on the phone to my bank and reporting this company! £30 lost.

Useless. No customer service. They are a fraudulent company. If you have ordered from this company, call your bank. They may ignore you, but they cannot ignore banks. You can get a full refund that way.

EDIT; Email the privacy compliance officer, they respond very quickly and will help

I ordered three hip flask box sets (2 guns n roses and one pink floyd) and was only send two - even though it clearly states in the attached receipt that i ordered and paid for three. Impossible to get in touch with and have heard nothing back form them at all. Very disappointed as these are supposed to be gifts for my wedding.

Came really late!! The mystery box that was shown in the photos is fake! It came in a plain brown cardboard box not the one shown in photos. The stuff is fake and no official. Not happy. Trying contacting them saying it was misleading but no response and they kept deleting my comment in their facebook. AVOID waste of money. They have now blocked me from comment on Facebook! Why do that if they were legit

They finally emailed me back and promised to send out a replacement box with £10 worth of gifts. Waited ages for it to come, I had to re-email them on when it will be dispatched. Finally came and it was crap. No £10 gift and the box was now a white box with a poorly looking sticker of Jack Skeleton on the top. Not what was shown in their photos. The white of the box and the white of the sticker doesn't match. It's looks so bad. Not happy. Doesn't even have writing say 'Mystery Box' on it. Waste of money and time.

Do not order! Received an email on the 3rd of October saying my order was on the way, 20 days later I have still not received it, no response to several emails and their phone number just rings to an answerphone on which I left a message but no call back surprise surprise! Have now done a chargeback through my bank, this is a total scam!

I ordered from this website and then read the reviews and was worried I had been scammed so I emailed, phoned and Facebook messaged them and no response so I thought I'll wait a month and see if I heard anything, to my delight I got a shipment email and I have received it today after ordering a couple weeks ago, I am very pleased with the box I have received other than the lack of contact I would not complain

Ordered a mystery box on 12 September and it's now the 5 October!!! Like many of you that write a review I got no email back! Called the number sends you to answer machine. Starting to think this website is a scam. 25 pound down pan!!!

Update on my call of duty black ops 4 mystery box! 1 month down to this day and still no email about shipping!! Unfilfulment status is what I'm getting still on my shipping order. This is now getting a joke! Lets see if get an email out cause the email address you get doesn't work for me! But I still think this is a fu*king scam!!!

So I am one of many conned by this website advertising crap on Facebook!!!! No communication at all just a confrontation email nothing updated have emailed & called!!! Still no respect £30 down thanks for nothing!!!
