Venditore non affidabile.Avevonlreso un pallone che doveva arrivare il giorno x,ma per quel giorno il pallone doveva ancora essere spedito. Lo contatto per il rimborso e mi garantisce che avrei avuto indietro l importo di 30 euro.per venerdì scorso. Rimborso mai visto e sparito al telefono. Un Signore.

Ordine fatto il primo gennaio. Ad oggi 15.01 non ho nessun tracking e l ordine sembra fermo. Client service inesistente. Contattati su whatsapp, Facebook e tramite chiamata: nessuna risposta.

Dei truffatori! ho ordinato delle ginocchiere il 24. Mai spedite e mai arrivate ovviamente nonostante gli innumerevoli messaggi (anche tramite paypal) mai ricevuto alcun riscontro.
Acquistate solo se volete farvi truffare!

Incompetenza allo stato puro
Ho acquistato un borsone dell'Erreà il giorno 11 Novembre e dopo averli contattati per ben 3 volte il borsone è arrivato oggi 27 Novembre ma ovviamente l'hanno spedito tre giorni fa.
A mio avviso non è il modo di lavorare, non si può lasciare l'ordine di un cliente in balia del tempo senza aver notizie (che poi il numero presente sul sito non è manco attivo dato che non si sono nemmeno degnati di rispondere, inoltre hanno la chat di Whatsapp che cancella i messaggi. Per aver risposta bisogna contattare un altro numero trovato su Google).
Le due stelle se le meritano soltanto perchè alla fine il borsone è arrivato, se no gli avrei dato direttamente una stella.
