Poor Communication and Customer Experience
I chose XTEN-AV expecting a professional software experience, but unfortunately that was not the case. Communication was slow, updates were difficult to obtain, and the functionality we needed remained unavailable throughout our subscription.
When I raised concerns, I was shown a design mockup of a future feature rather than a working solution. Ultimately, we were unable to use the platform as intended and were denied a refund.
My biggest frustration was not the delayed feature itself, it was the lack of communication and accountability throughout the process.
