The service was fast
The service was fast. The product however I have found isn’t as effective at eliminating flies as the older model I have. The rubber rim is too deep to be able to catch a fly that’s landed on a surface so the fly still walks around underneath as the wires aren’t in contact with it!

This was a great gesture from Xterminate. I received the second delivery and the product has performed perfectly on the first application. So far. I am extremely pleased with the service and product.

They are great. Keeps the flies out. And we fitted ours above the doors just using silicon sealant.

Great machine, however check measurements!
I was looking for a replacement fly killing machine. This one is great, however I wished I’d paid more attention to the measurements - it’s big! The remote control is a useful addition.
