The customer service wanted me to send them my email password because they believed i got an email to login, which i did not get and said it multiple times. I gave them a code to login which worked perfectly fine but strangely not for them. They did not even answer my question and just said “okay send again okay okay”, which is not very helpful.

I accidentally gave the wrong friend code with my purchase for Governor of Poker 3 so one of them could add me as a friend on the game and invite me to a table and do the chip transfer. I informed them of this by email because the live chat coincidentally doesn’t work. Still no response 30 minutes later. Feels like I’ve been scammed out of $75.
