xtool 01 omni UV ink delays, it is a great machine but once you run out of uv ink, you're out of luck. I've been waiting for ink for over 3 three months, and all they can tell me its on back order because of the high demands. If I would have known this I would have not bought this over $3000 machine to sit idle.

What can we buy next!
We love both of our XTools! We actually have 2 machines the S1 and the F2, that we love and my office mate is actually waiting on his Omni so we will have 3 in the office! what can we get next is the real question! They are easy to navigate and work with.

I own the P2S, the F1 Ultra, the M2, all the accessories for each one plus i own the DTF printer Combo with everything you can get. I am a believer in XTool and their incredible ecosystem. Each morning, I start my day by checking the XTool webpage to see if the new embroidery machine has been released so that i can place an order for the XTool Omni premier combo with the SE1. I feel reborn after a career in the Army, an ongoing career as an attorney and my new found career in the Maker World.

This is my first laser machine. My silhouette started giving trouble and I was looking for something new. I saw people talking about the M2 and I started researching it. I am absolutely blown away by how it cuts and engraves. I don't rush things, I take my time, and learn how to do things properly before doing a project, and I'm taking it slow with the inkjet printing, trying to find ways to utilise all the colors evenly (still trying to see how that's possible) because I don't want my ink to run out too quickly. I love my machine!!! I have my eye on the Omni 01, but that's way out of my price range right now. Thanks XTOOL for a great laser machine!

I have the apparel printer and shaker over and the m2 laser. We engrave bottle opener on our laser. We use them as our business cards. It’s so easy to use. I have another maker from another brand and curl is the easier to use. We recently got the apparel printer and it’s elevated our t shirt business. All x tools use the same ecosystem software. All easy to use and one project can be c transfer between the machines for amazing results. Can’t wait for my Omni add the se1 embroidery machine!!

It would be a better experience if the team was able to fix issues directly. Unfortunately we had a misunderstanding on ordering the machines that we needed. Upon discovery, I had to cancel 2 of my orders. The people who are answering the calls have been exceptionally pleasant. However, they have to send emails to the "superior after sales team" which is where the problems are occurring. I tried to the O1 Omni Dual UV with the DT+UV exchange but it was too late because some items had already shipped. That is understandable. So instead of canceling the item immediately so I could purchase the correct machine it was not canceled. Instead I was lead to believe it could be fix. The 2nd machine I found out was the incorrect one because my husband wanted to purchase the xTool F2 Ultra UV 5W UV Laser Engraver not the xTool F2 5W IR & 15W Diode Portable Dual Laser Engraver. I am still waiting for cancelation on that. The problem is dealing with emails instead of a live agent to clarify and finalizing the issue. Yes, I did make 2 purchases by mistake so that is definitely my fault. However the machines were not shipped out yet and the problem should have been resolved in a more timely and a much better way of communication.

My Omni printer is working great! I’ve only had it for two days but I’ve already printed a lot. Also, one issue I had was quickly addressed by support.
Quality & Delivery
I am extremely satisfied with Xtool product quality, I only wish communication more frequent with updates regarding Xtool Omni that I have paid in full but only get same scripted response when I ask for general shipping delivery information or schedule
Order number 512424
I ordered $15k worth of products almost two weeks ago. During the order xTool clarified that the Omni would be delayed but the full F2Ultra package I ordered with 2 lasers and accessories for $10k was ready to ship. Their tracking tells me nothing. My account shows zero machines ordered even though it shows the order as paid almost two weeks ago. No updates and still today the site says if you order the package for $700 less than I paid it will ship next business days. That is a flat out lie! I don’t understand how a company of this size has almost zero customer service.

I ordered and paid for the xTool Omni UV Printer back in June after being told it would be delivered in early August. That delivery date was the main reason I placed the order.
After contacting xTool yesterday, I was suddenly told that my printer is now not expected until October. Had I been given an honest delivery timeframe from the start, I would have made a different decision.
This delay has had a serious impact on my business. I currently have over £5,000 worth of customer orders that I cannot complete because I don’t have the machine I paid for months ago.
The biggest issue isn’t just the delay—it’s the lack of honesty and communication. Customers understand delays, but they don’t appreciate being given unrealistic delivery dates to secure a sale.
For a company of xTool’s size, I expected far better communication and customer service. Instead, I’ve been left chasing updates and dealing with the consequences of promises that haven’t been kept.
Very disappointing experience, and based on this, I would struggle to recommend xTool to anyone considering the Omni UV Printer.

We already have 2 laser machines from Xtool and we are very satisfied with them.
We also are adding the new Omni and the P3 laser machine and we also getting the wonderful press.
We have faith in Xtool products to get us where we want to be
M overall experence with xtool has been fantastic. I started my laser journey with a different manufacturer and had nothing but issues and poor responces to questions. When I purchased my first xtool machien The F1 it was night and day difference. The online tutorials were top notch the user software is incredibly intuitive, I now own 4 different xtool lasers the f1, f1 ultra, f2 ultra uv and p2s. I can not say a bad thing about any of them. The xtool studio gets better with every update and build quality and performance is amazing. I am awaiting the deliverary of the omni uv printer and absolutly can't wait to see how it stakes up with the Eufy make that I am currently useing. I have a feeling it will blow it out of the water.
The printer when it works is very very good. However, I have had the printer for 3 months in total with supplys I have spent the best part of £13,000-£15,000 and i have had no end of problems. The aftercare support is a first class joke. You report a problem and they may respond within the week. They then invite you to join there discord group where you could spend the best part of 6-8hrs solving a problem only to be told it needs cleaning. They send videos and it doesn't solve the problem. They don't have respect for the fact you have spent this hugh amount of money. 3 months and i have recently lost 2days of no work because the xtool apparel printer isn't printing. Because it's clogged again. Don't waste your time or your money unless you have endless pots of cash.

🚫 Thinking of buying an “omni printer”? Read this first.
It’s an ambitious idea, but the reality is there other machinery are full of unresolved problems. Before spending your money, ask yourself the questions below — because these are the things influencers don’t mention.
1. Consumable Costs
How much do the individual supplies cost? Resin, powder, printheads, filters — they add up fast, and many brands hide pricing until after purchase.
2. Air Purifier Requirements
Do you need an air purifier? If yes, what’s the additional cost? And how often do the filters need replacing?
3. Third‑Party Availability
Can you buy consumables on Amazon, or are you locked into their ecosystem and pricing?
4. Filter Replacement Costs
If a purifier is required, how frequently do filters need changing, and what does each one cost?
5. Oven Requirements
Does the printer require an external oven for curing? If so, that’s another major expense.
6. Printhead Quantity & Lifespan
How many printheads does it use? How often do they need replacing? What’s the cost per head?
7. Aftercare Support
How strong is their support system? Are issues actually resolved, or just acknowledged?
8. Response Times & Business Impact
How easy are they to reach when something goes wrong?
Right now, it can take days — sometimes weeks — to get help. If you’re running a business, expect downtime and lost income. Will they compensate you? Highly unlikely.
9. Discord “Support” Reality
Their Discord group isn’t faster support — it’s a way to reduce official support tickets. You’ll still end up sending photos, videos, and waiting.
---
⚠️ Bottom Line
The concept is exciting, but the current machines have many unresolved issues, and instead of fixing them, the company keeps releasing new models. Influencers print one object and rave about it — but long‑term users tell a very different story.
Save yourself the stress. Do your research. Watch YouTube reviews from people who’ve owned the machine for months, not sponsored creators who print a single demo piece.
Update 23/07/2026
After several emails back and forth — including a confirmation invoice from the reseller — they’ve now asked me to “confirm my address.” I find that odd. When I spent £4,400 on the printer, £2,500 on the oven, £1,000 on the air purifier, plus countless supply orders, no one has ever asked for address confirmation. It’s starting to feel like stalling tactics rather than genuine progress.
Like I have stated before- high ticket price items with £100 aftersales support system.
4/08/2026 update
I recieved my printhead yesterday the 3/08/2026. Because i couldn't wait the 5-7 days the originally advised time to recieve a replacement), which turned out to be over two weeks)purchased one a further £974. Since the 25th of july the software has been playing up. It was out for nearly 4 days. Since then i am lucky if i get a full day printing. When you email the resller they say xtool said it has a bug uninstall.and re-install.
If you have money to waste and time on your hands purchase this product. If not honestly dont waste your time.
