Not impressed with this company returned harness that I paid £34.99 as not suitable fir my dog not only did they deny receiving the item back when I provided them with proof of returned and delivery update that stated they had received the item back they proceeded to say it must gave been delivered to a neighbour before they did receive the item also not happy that the experience left me £10 out of pocket as they did not refund full price paid and yes tge item was in original state as only took item out of packaging and put it back in original packaging

I ordered a couple of harness' for my dogs at crufts last year and managed to buy the wrong sizes (despite measuring them before hand, how did I manage that?) Anyway I sent them back for exchanges and got new ones back and the whole process was very simple and efficient. The harness' themselves are very good quality, there is a large range and are reasonably priced.
