Bought the flex plan so I could end the contract whenever i wanted and when i did , i had to pay 2 months more because “ i have to give a warning before i do it “ the support doesnt help , so i had to pay more 120€ for 2 months when i didnt even go to the gym at that time , and they still want to take one more month to close the contract wich im not paying and i cancel the debit directly from the bank ,

Disappointed with the service. SEPA direct debit is agreed in my contract, but despite the payment not being due and no debit attempt being made, my access was blocked and I was asked to pay manually.

The company refused compensation and further communication. I was effectively forced to change the agreed payment method.

Be cautious with how contract terms are handled.
Update: I contacted head office by phone. They acknowledged the mistake and provided a refund for the day. The issue has now been resolved.

They are zkurveny thieves nothing else i ended my membership and my contract twice with help the staff on the receptionist in Reutlingen!!! Twice and they still sending me threatening emails that i should pay for my membership etc. I moved away from Germany so i can't go to reception anymore and even od i could it is pointless, staff on reception are incompetent. They told me that my membership and contract is ended but they lied obviously!!! And I'm not the only one. And nobody is responding to my emails. And im not speaking about cold showers and malfuctioning solarium And massage rooms. Never ever go to this gym guys. EVER!!!
