Contract Issue – SEPA Payment Not Respected
Disappointed with the service. SEPA direct debit is agreed in my contract, but despite the payment not being due and no debit attempt being made, my access was blocked and I was asked to pay manually.
The company refused compensation and further communication. I was effectively forced to change the agreed payment method.
Be cautious with how contract terms are handled.
Update: I contacted head office by phone. They acknowledged the mistake and provided a refund for the day. The issue has now been resolved.
