This UK based store, which apparently also services Denmark, is either incompetent or intentionally trying to discourage business from international customers. Their website offers an 8% discount on shower systems, but when you put their code into the discount field and click apply, it shows as an invalid code. I wrote on their website and received an automated response saying they would reply shortly. It has been almost two weeks now and no reply. The offer is still posted. Is this company out of business and still running a website? WARNING - don't purchase from these people.

Incredible prices for absolute quality received the products in just over two weeks totally worth the wait because of the prices, we did have to enquire once as to where the products were as we needed them promptly and told we needed to fill in a form which was really simple and can’t fault the communication as one product we ordered we didn’t need anymore and they refunded almost instantly
I was nervous buying because if so many negative reviews but to be honest I’ve had a great experience and would highly recommend.

Scam!!! Ordered tap and never recieved it. Not answering phone or emails.

My tap has not shown up for over 3 weeks. I keep chasing but nothing happens. They say it is with the couriers and that it is on its way but it hasnt turned up. And i could have bought from amazon prime next day delivery!!!! Be warned!

When you call them no one answer, no one replay for emails. I would like ask about my order becouse they wan to charge me twice for the delivery.

I have ordered the better part of four bathroom's worth of sanitary equipment from xTwo, mostly Duravit and Grohe/HansGrohe, for which they were the more price competitive than any stores in the UK. They shipped from Germany, but I have spoken with their customer service on the phone in English and the service was always very courteous, straightforward and quick. I would use them again.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
The .co.uk makes you believe you are dealing with a UK company but you are NOT, they seem to have a website in most European countries. Shipping is from outside the UK and expensive (or non-existent!). Placed order on 15/05/19 for several items and when nothing had been dispatched by 12/06/19, despite it saying items were in stock on it's website, I cancelled the order. Kept chasing them with several emails back and forth all promising my order would be dispatched. Still waiting for my £1000 refund! Not sure if it a scam company just to get your money for as long a possible, a month so far in my case.
