Very bad quality products i return it immédiately next Day after receive the paquet i still waiting the money back. I return the paquet the 28 january, the have the return in the system from 2 february. 2 month and half still waiting the refund, terrible after sales ask to the patient horrible expérience never again

I recently had a terrible experience with this company. I purchased a product from their website, but when it arrived, it was not as described and appeared to be a fake product.

When I contacted the company to request a refund, they were unresponsive and unhelpful. They refused to cover the cost of delivery for the return, even though it was their obligation as a seller. When I escalated the issue to PayPal, the company became hostile and threatened me with legal action.

While PayPal eventually ruled in my favor and refunded me for the purchase, the entire experience was incredibly stressful and time-consuming. I would not recommend this company to anyone, and I urge others to be cautious when considering purchasing from them.

In summary, this company has shown themselves to be unprofessional, unresponsive, and unethical. Save yourself the hassle and avoid purchasing from them.

Order delivered promptly, but incorrect items in order. Have so far sent 5 emails and called twice. No response to emails, and no call backs. I wish I had searched for opinions before ordering, as I see my experience appears to be the norm. How is this company allowed to trade?

Got a projector from this company, was supposed to be 1080p, turned out to be 280p. Can't return it either.

The products are of very bad quality and the returning process is unnecessarily complicated. Mostly because it is intended to make it more difficult to return purchases. I bought a mouse, which became progressively worse as I used it. Within 1 day of use, the mouse was not usable anymore.

I may be the only black sheep here but my experience was positive.
I ordered two controllers for PS2 recently and they were delivered in 1 day. These are not originals (of course, given the price), but practicaly identical and, at least at day 1, they do work.
I have not had interactions with their customer service, hence I can't judge that, tough.
