Liars and thieves.

5 years later. Still haven’t received a refund or the products I purchased. Do NOT buy from this company.

If I could give them zero stars that’s what I would do. Don’t waste your time and energy and money on this phony company. They never deliver their products and have stolen millions from students, schools, parents, teens anybody in between. I placed an order November 2019 and have never received it. 300 gone. There was even a band teacher who used 10,000 of school funds to get drums for the school band. They didn’t deliver and the teacher got fired and had to pay back the 10,000. They have had numerous websites and webpages. They get kicked off of every platform that they have been on bc of their shady crap.

Simple put this company stole 150 bucks from my then kid on 6 may 2019. They continue to reband to keep the steal up.

Unfortunately I can't give it a zero. I have never received my order from 2019. I have tried every avenue to receive my order or a refund and they no longer respond. They have broken promise after promise. They're crooks.

If I could give them zero stars, I would. After 5 years, we have yet to receive the drum pads. They stole my son's money! He was just a teenager at the time.

Have literally been waiting since June 2019 for our product. They don't reply to our emails and don't have a phone number.
The "date of experience" in this review doesn't let me go back far enough.

DO NOT BUY. I am a professor of music and I bought a custom pad for my teaching studio in 2019. Still have not received…BEWARE!!

My son used his birthday money to order a drum pad in May of 2019 and STILL hasn't received it. I made many attempts to contact them. Initially, I of generic responses that never addressed the issue. After a few months, they stopped responding. This company has ripped off so many people.

No one should support a company like this when they steal hundreds of dollars to not send you what you ordered. I received one order from them back in 2017, maybe they changed but back in 2019, I placed 2 orders and never received either orders and each time I contacted them with my order information, I never got a response. I've emailed them at least 10 times over the past 5 years and nothing. I have given up along with many others due to their fishiness and not getting any responses.

My teenage son ordered a drum pad that we never received. After being strung along by many many emails and excuse after excuse, we realized that he had been scammed. I wish I had done some research on this company prior to ordering because it is well documented online that there are many people that had the same experience. Do not send them a dime of your money.

This company took my son’s money and delivered nothing but excuses. We placed an order in October of 2019 received the email would ship shortly but never did. At first they were great at communicating and then went dark.We never received our order or a refund. Eventually they changed websites and deleted our order.

I ordered a drum pad for my daughter for Christmas back in 2019. It never came. There were several emails with excuses an employee who was no longer there, and promises they were doing the best they could during covid, but then all communication stopped, emails and websites changed, and mean while I’m out $200.

For a little perspective? My daughter was a sophomore in high school when I ordered and has since graduated college. 5 years waiting on an order that will never come.

Ordered a snare pad in 2019. Never received it. Sent numerous emails and used to receive emails telling me it would ship. Finally, got to the point where they never responded to the emails. They are scammers!

Would give a zero if I could. They steal from people ALL THE TIME. I ordered (with my son’s money) a drum pad 3.5 years ago and never got it. There is no way to get a hold of this company, because they never respond to any attempts at communication. Buy from somebody else!

If I could give negative stars, I would. This company is horrid. My son ordered a drum pad from them on March 12, 2019. We expected the pad to take a little while to make since it was custom. We had heard from previous buyers that it would be about 3-6 months. Those months came and went. The years came and went. We emailed, tried to call, everything and only got a generic response. We NEVER received his drum pad, or a refund. The company then moved states, closed their previous website, and began selling on Shopify. No records were transferred over from previous orders. It’s been over five years, and no product.
My son was devastated. He spent his birthday money on a drum pad that he never received. This company is the worst of the worst. DO NOT BUY.

We ordered over $600 worth on merchandise in October of 2019 with an additional expedited shipping fee. All of our money is gone. We were dragged through the beginning of 2020 before COVID and were told over and over that things would be shipped out eventually.

Our money was taken right away from our accounts and we have never received anything. Not a set of bass kickers, not a table pad, and not a reserve pad. We received no refund, no correspondence after they deleted their previous website. They have wiped our orders off of the map. It has been almost 5 years and this couple running this business are deceptive.

They blamed previous employees for the lack of communication but still refused to mail anything out or make us whole from the loss of so much money.

They continue to sell on shopify, under a new name, in a different state. There are lawsuits against the owners regarding the loss others have suffered. This is a dishonest company riding on the funds of 100's of people from 5 years ago and counting.

Do not buy. DO not support them, they have no integrity.

Have been waiting over 2 YEARS for our order. AG office does nothing.

Does not deliver product whatsoever, currently going the third year of waiting. Website has been updated so that my account is no longer able to logged into. Please do not buy from this company it is a scam.
