Waste of Time and Money

I purchased the Standard hosting plan from XyronHost expecting a smooth experience, but unfortunately it has been disappointing. After purchasing, I found that the service only supported Node.js bots, whereas I needed Python bot hosting. I contacted support immediately and it's now been over a week. They keep replying with "we're working on it," but the issue is still unresolved.

The support team responds, but there has been no actual solution or clear timeline. If you're planning to host Python bots, make sure to confirm compatibility before purchasing.

I hope they improve their service and resolve customer issues faster in the future.
