If I could give this company zero stars I would. Ordered a wave drum for my daughter's birthday it arrived badly damaged. Sent an email & they sent another BADLY DAMAGED. Now too late for my daughters birthday. Did not want another & asked for a full refund ... was offered £6 paid £27
I stupidly bought their silicon shoe covers to protect against wet. They proved to be thin and would obviously be pierced by any sharp stone. The tread that was meant to stop slipping was missing from a wide strip down the centre of the sole. I wanted a refund and was happy to return but I got badly phrased replies offering me £2 and then £3 but I failed to get anywhere. Be warned that the price shown was excl VAT. And then postage. So the actual price ramps. I advise not to touch this company
I purchased a anti dog bark device which cost Euro 55.00.
The unit only holds charge for 2 days instead of30 as stated.
The dog continues to bark!!!! The unit has absolutely no effect on him.
When I complained I was offered a refund of Stg 3.00 and when I refused this I was offered Stg 5.00.
The unit is now in the bin and as we know everyday is a learning day .
