Awesome training, awesome people. Well structured courses, very informative and the best thing to me is that they have REAL experience with yachting. They have been in the industry for such a long time - that is such a valid asset for anyone starting in this industry. Other than that, they were all super helpful and very friendly.

Besides that - you don’t do the course on your own. I’ve met amazing people from all over the world and the bond with them is amazing.

Definitely recommend it to everyone!

I completed my yacht training with Yachtie Careers and honestly couldn’t recommend them enough. The whole experience was amazing from start to finish . everything was organised so well and I received all of the qualifications and support needed to get started in the industry confidently.

The girls were so helpful throughout the entire process and nothing was ever too much to ask. Any questions or worries I had were always answered quickly and they genuinely cared about helping everyone succeed. The training was professional, supportive and made the whole experience exciting rather than stressful.

I had a fantastic and very constructive experience with this STCW school in Croatia. The instructors were highly knowledgeable, professional, and always kind and supportive throughout the course. The training was practical, functional, engaging, and even fun, which made learning much easier and more enjoyable.

I especially appreciated how well prepared the team was and how they created a positive environment while still maintaining high standards. I left feeling more confident, well trained, and excited to start my journey in the yachting industry.

I highly reccomend the company for anyone who wants to try out yacthing. Ivana and Antonija trying help much as they can.
There are some extra expenses in the training , especially if you doing your powerboat license.
The training is all in one place and most of the places you get a transfer too.
It's where the journey starts !

Yachtie Careers was so helpful in the 11 days we spent with them. I didn’t know where to begin when getting into the yachting industry but by completing training with Yachtie careers I feel I am now ready to begin my journey. All the instructors are so kind and always there to answer any questions you have! I also had the most amazing group of people do the course with me in February and I know we will be friends for life! YachtieCareers!!!! I found them on Instagram while searching for a transition from cruiseship to yachts. After booking a 1 on 1 consultation to with Antonija I was certain I was in the right path. I booked the premium package which I would recommend because you learn a lot on both sides of the boat and the accommodation is literally next to the training center. So everything is planned to detail. After having the seminars with Evana, they helped us create our cv, give us tips to secure the job and taught us so much more about etiquette, confidence and success.
I also love the friends they paired me with, those connections are for life
