Nick from Golds Yacht helped me choose the perfect yacht to surprise my husband on our honeymoon. Amazing service from staff on board who took amazing pictures of us both and supplied everything needed for our 2 hour ride. Would definitely recommend Golds Yacht and book with them again!

Guys on boat couldnt have been anymore helpful and nice, toilet doors didnt close over properly or lock and boat was a bit poor in places ripped leather seats etc. We where promised fruit platters and recieved none either.

Staff was good and co operative but your bar b q promise was false..

The crew were very helpful, and great food.

It was great experience! The staff was amazing and attentive, the only let down was the music, sound system shuts down in the middle of the cruise. Overall it is good cruise.

We hired a boat for a joint 30th/40th boat party on May 3rd. We had been in touch with Golds Yachts for months in advance and paid over the deposit amount to secure the boat. After receiving multiple incorrect and confusing information in the run up to the event, we were then all booked in. Upon arrival we were told the boat would not set sail until full payment was made in cash. We gave the remaining money in cash on top of the deposit already by bank transfer. The captain wouldn't move the boat until all money was paid in cash despite showing receipts of the bank transfer and confirmation emails/whatsapps from the golds team. We were stuck at the dock for almost one hour, missing our sailing time while we tried to call Gold yachts who would not answer the phone, and being passed around from one person to another saying it was not their fault and they couldn't help us without confirmation from a Gold's representative who we could not get a hold of. Finally, after an hour we were able to set sail. The boat was also unclean and the 'pool' on board was unusable. The soft drinks we paid extra for were just some cartons of juice. The staff were however very helpful once set sail but for a very expensive trip I expected better communication from Golds. Was very, very underwhelmed and would not recommend.

The experience was amazing including the service ..I loved it very much ..hope to see you again..thanks again for the hospitality.

I chartered the yacht for 5 hours with my family, and had 1 hour of jet ski in the price, we had a great time and we were taken care of perfectly by the crew, very attentive, very polite and very professional. I will definitely book with Gold’s Yachts when I come back.

Very good team very supportive. We were 12 people took the big boat ... not suitable for fishing didn’t have sonar or anything. We were told about this before by the organizer anyways.

We were a group of around 20 people, took the 5 hours tour trip , Gold’s Yachts have done all arrangements(booking, food, drinks, staff) smoothly, and all of us we were happy with the services provided and exceeded our expectations. The food was arranged from 5star hotel and staff onboard the yacht were friendly and very helpful. Price was realistic. Highly recommended company.

Booked a yacht for my 40th birthday on the 26th January. Had an incredible day, the guys on board were excellent and couldn't do enough for us to ensure we enjoyed the day. Lunch was excellent , a delicious BBQ. Would highly recommend. Thanks Guys for a memorable day

Amazing way to celebrate my 30th birthday! The crew and caption were wonderful and very attentive. I would definitely use and recommend this company to anyone looking for a great day out on the water. The bbq lunch was also fabulous!

You will feel yourself very comfortable from the first minute of communication with customer service support while choosing the yacht, seeing it before, having replies on different additional questions that may appear. Very nice captain with a sence of homour and staff on the yacht! Very clean and cosy yacht! No doubt will use this rent service again.

Fantastic communication throughout the booking process with Sergio, who helped us to find the yacht that suited our capacity etc.

On the day, it was very unfortunate as the boat party before us were checked for Emirates IDs by coast guards and our boat came into the marina 45 minutes later than scheduled because of this. It was hot and sweaty waiting around but the captain allowed us to wait on the neighbouring boat while we waited.

The company gave us a discount because of this unfortunate situation and dealt with it well. A gift bag was also left on the boat and this was kept and securely handed over.

Overall we had a great time on the boat, thank you!
