Yaffa Palestinian Shatta sauce buying it second time and my english colleagues at work liked it too and asked to buy some for her too. Also bought for my sister. Very nice sauce. Will recommend to everyone to try once and for sure they will buy again.

We have enjoyed these delicious medjoul dates for many years. Naturally sweet, lovely texture with a caramel-like taste and containing a variety of vitamins and minerals with many health benefits, they are the perfect snack anytime. Efficient and friendly service when ordering by phone or online.

I highly recommend this company for the quality of their products, their ethics and their customer service. We've ordered a number of products from Yaffa.co.uk and have always been delighted with the quality of the products as well as the speed and efficiency of the service. Our grandchildren love Palestine Cola and Orange. The Palestine olive oil, though a bit expensive, is delicious. We miss the salty cheese that hasn't been available for a while. The baklava are dangerously moreish and get gobbled up almost as soon as they arrive. It also feels good to help the people of Palestine and only wish we could do more. I cannot recommend this company highly enough.

Authentic oil and fast service

I cannot rate Yaffa highly enough for their great-quality products and amazing customer service. They have always gone above and beyond with all my orders - ensuring that every item is packed with care, no matter how small. They are also very responsive to messages you send them. Today, there was a delivery issue with my order (not their fault at all!). Calling Yaffa customer service was so easy, and their resolution far exceeded my expectations. I'm really impressed with how professional the team is, and grateful that they have made Palestinian products so accessible to the public. I look forward to each order from Yaffa.

I was gifted a crate of Palestine Cola by my daughters for mothers day - perfect gift as we've boycotted coke & others in solidarity with the Palestinian people. The cola is delicious - far superior to well known brands and obviously an ethical choice. I've bought more and will be placing a regular order. Also planning to try some other products this pay day. I ordered 3 bags of dates from here at a significant cost and I was sent one correct item and 2 incorrect items. No reply to emails. Very poor customer service. I'm giving 2 stars because the correct item recieved (chocolate covered dates) was nice. However, I would never order from here again and I cannot recommend it. They took my money, sent me things I didn't order instead of the things I did, and then did not respond to any correspondence. Please be wary. If anything goes wrong with your order, you will have no recourse.

Lovely medjoul dates

I tried Yaffa for the first time. Great.
I bought a box of Palestine Cola, Coffee, and other products including a pack of Gourmet Dragee which were sensational.
The Cola tastes better than Pepsi, and infinitely better than Coke.
Just one thing, Yaffa Ltd ... please respond to emails ...
