Fast and cheap delivery
Fast and cheap delivery. You have to be at home when they deliver it tho, that's the only thing I'd change. Products are not cheap but there seems to be a positive correlation between using them and my gym progress. The stickers that come with the package every time are also appreciated!

Unfortunately, 2 of 4 products arrived broken as they are on glass jars to avoid microplastics(obviously the delivery company's fault)
In less than 15 minutes from my complaint email they answered, really professional and kind they quickly replaced the 2 broken jars and provided me with a tracking number.
Quick reply, great staff and quality products.
Definitely they won a life time client. Recommended

Only thing i have to mention ist that the Glass Container in which the product was stored was much too big, i combined the content of 2 Containers into 1.

We appreciate your observation about the glass container size. We use the same containers for both 0# and 00# capsules to streamline processes and cut costs. While 00# capsules fit perfectly, we acknowledge there's room with 0# capsules.

Firstly, we want to express our apologies for any inconvenience caused by the delivery of your orders to a UPS pick-up point instead of your home address. We understand the frustration this may have caused, especially since it's the second time.
It's important to note that, unfortunately, we do not have control over the delivery process once the package leaves our hands. We completely empathize with your disappointment. However we feel we did everything to compensate, help and support you in every way possible. Not only did we compensate your shipping cost in your first order, but we also extended the same courtesy in your second order.
We can't help if, for some reason, your local UPS driver opted for a pick-up point close to your home instead of delivering it to your specified address quickly.
We genuinely believe your review would be more appropriately directed towards UPS, as we have actively worked to support you and find suitable resolutions.
