extremely flimsy clothes

i bought the blue patchwork pants about a year ago, and since then not only have i had to sew up several seams coming apart from poor stitching, but the fabric all over is having the threads pull apart, requiring me to darn up gaps in it. i don't think these pants will even last another year because i can't keep up with how quickly they're falling apart, and even if i did they'd end up becoming more thread than fabric. and i bought these a size up from my actual size, so it's not like i'm straining the fabric/seams
