Terrible customer service. You can't initiate a simple return via their website or via any return slip included with your order--you are told to contact them. Then when you contact them, they don't respond. I've contacted them four times by email and twice by phone about a return and still have not received a reply. When I called the provided number for Inplus Footcare LLC, no one would pick up. After waiting on hold 10+ minutes I was prompted by automated voice to email them instead, which as I've noted, I'd already done. Feels like a scam, honestly.

Third time trying yaktrax. Three different models, all broke within a month using thirty minutes a day or less. This time I made the mistake of buying directly from them. They don’t have a phone number-only an email. It’s been two weeks and I got the received request email right away but nothing since. Junk and ghosted. Cool

Excellent product, but have been ghosted by customer service when I requested a return for "wrong size ordered". We ordered 4 pairs and wanted to return two of them because they didn't fit. I requested the return on 12/21/25, well within the return window and got a form email saying that due to heavy customer volume there would be a delay in response. It also outlined where to email for a return request - the same email I had sent my request to. I have emailed twice since asking for a response. It is now 1/16/26 and nothing. We love the product, but will never buy from them again. - Order YTUS5665
