I can't say enough great things about Yale Appliance
I can't say enough great things about being a customer of Yale Appliance. We've been Yale customers for about a quarter of a century. Yale is a business with a soul, everything about them, from sales, to service, to their on-line resources and webinars, to their fantastic field service department, is fabulous, and could not be better.
We recently took advantage of Yales Tax-Free Weekend Sale, which, had several value added perks, to saving sales tax, including a rebate on a credit card, and an additional purchase rebate. It turned out to be a real, legitimate sale, with meaningful savings.
There are many reasons why we purchase appliances from Yale, a major reason is Yale's in-house service department, and Yale's extended warranty. It is a pleasure to know that Yale stands behind the appliances that they sell.
I should add, Yale's delivery and installation team could not have been more flawless. They removed, and installed a new dishwasher, with skill, efficiency, and perfection. They were careful to line things up, level things, make certain that the margins were perfect, between the dishwasher and the adjoining cabinets, etc. While Yale's $299.00 delivery/installation/removal fee, I thought was steep, that, unfortunately, is the cost of doing business with Yale.
If only life was so easy, and other businesses and service organizations were as stellar as Yale Appliance
