First class customer service!
I received my order in under 24 hrs from ordering. The communication, order tracking and delivery was second to none. Thank you very much!

Liaised with Sean to secure a replacement key. Really good communication and customer service throughout. Plus the item came a little earlier than expected so that was a bonus.

I contacted the support dept regarding a faulty keypad and received an email reply within the hour however the fault could not be fixed and a new part was required. Within the space of a couple of hours I had received details of what was required and how I should order the part. The part was dispatched the following day. All round, Yale could not have been more helpful.

I contacted Yale to see if they could help with the replacement of two over ride keys for a home safe I purchased over 10 years ago. I was passed on to Sean who was able to confirm very quickly that based on the serial number I had provided the keys were available. Very quickly Sean was able to take payment for the two keys and post them out to me. All of this happened within 3 days of my initial inquiry.

What an excellent service provided by Sean and Yale. This is not the first time I have had the pleasure of speaking with Yale's after sales customer service team, as several years ago they were able to help me with the purchase of a house alarm.

The experience I have had with Sean and Yale will ensure that in future for any purchase that might be making for anything security related will be with Yale.

I needed an extra key for my Yale safe and this was handled by Sean. It was reassuring to have to go through security checks to purchase the keys and this was an easy process. Sean was able to help me find the safe and key information so that I could be sure that I ordered the correct key.
I was very pleased with the service I received from Sean who followed up promptly every email and the keys arrived today and work.

i made a mistake ordering my spare key, but Sean helped me explaining the nature of the mistake, also sending me a new correct key.

Had problem with spare key, Yale sorted it out in one day, excellent service recommended.

Needed an additional key for a safe. Easy enough to sort (kinda glad about all the evidence needed as it gives a sense of security to it). Whilst getting it took a while, I was kept informed all the way by Sean (from the customer services team) who was really polite and helpful.
