Absolutely awful customer service
Absolutely awful customer service, they are immature people from IAF store in Italy who have no concept of proper resolution of their own mistakes, delays and oversights.
The company does not understand the importance of adequate compensation for their lengthy delays.
The website itself has serious issues with payment processing and get overloaded with pages not loading and the checkout malfunctioning.
Avoid shopping at yamamoto nutrition and most importantly avoid contacting customer service where 12 year old children don't know how to deal with a basic problem.
ZERO stars for yamamoto. What a shame.
This company will lose most customers soon and go bankrupt again due to their immaturity.
