Delivery took longer than expected, queried via email, took 3 days to receive a response by which they said they’d look into it, no further information. The item arrived after 2 weeks, despite using express shipping.
The top was made with a cheap fabric and didn’t fit, once again reached out to request a return. Response received 4 days later offering me a replacement which I declined, again 4 days to hear back again. To create a return they charge a £20 admin fee and require shipping to be paid for.

The service and quality of the item is shocking, wouldn’t recommend.

Ordered a pair of espadrilles on 6th July, still waiting to receive them, emailed customer service twice, phone number won’t connect and just cuts you off 😡

This is a terrible company has taken over 10 days to arrive which is to late and they are charging me 19.95 to return what I can only describe as a piece rubbish nothing like the photo !!!! Also misleading with London in the name are clearly in Europe 😡

Easy to use website, would only improve by stating explicitly when order will be delivered by, rather than only when shippers. But otherwise, a positive experience!

If I could give a one star review I would. 20 emails later , cheap fabric wrong size and then they refuse to refund. DO NOT buy anything from Yamara. They are scammers and have basically ripped me off. I have a pile of cheap material that is only suitable for dust rags.problem is I paid good money for it 😕

Complete scam - do not trust the positive reviews!
I ordered the blazer & short set thinking it was coming from London given the trading name.
First of all my order wasnt found, support quickly rectified it so I thought, ok maybe its not a scam company. However, the item arrived 2 weeks later, I wouldnt even use it for rags, its the cheapest, tackiest clothing I've ever seen...£30!!!!
Emailed the support email for a refund and guess what, Delivery failure notice, I'm guessing they've blocked my email address. I am so angry that people can get away with this!!!
I really hope my review stops anyone else from buying from them. I wouldnt even put this outfit in charity, its that bad!!!

Quick and easy site to use. User friendly

I bought a red dress i think about two weeks ago i have emailed them about seven times and i haven’t received a answer from them .Its also not even telling me when it gonna arrive.

WOULD NOT EVEN GIVE 1 STAR RATING!! Complete SCAM company. Any good reviews are FAKE!

Not seen this website before and so pleased it came up on Google search and if the quality is as good as it looks I can't wait to receive my shoes and buy more from you. Thankyou in advance ☺️

Good customer service

Bought an item for 19.95 and have to pay a handling fee of 19.95 to return the item! Ultimately no better off for returning the item. Absolute scam! The item could be purchase for amazing £10 cheaper!

Ordered 2 dresses on 23/4/26 I have never received them. I have contacted the company on numerous times to get a an update on the order and now to get a refund, with no success.
Very disappointed with this company & terrible customer service.
Would not buy from them again.

I bought two sweaters that were supposed to be oversized. They could fit a mouse. They say you will refund you 30% of the item and then never get back to you. I have chased several times. Big Scam website!

DO NOT ORDER!! VERY VERY POOR QUALITY OF CLOTHING FOR WHAT I PAID. MATERIAL IS SO THIN AND CHEAP and came all CREASED AND NIT PROPERLY PACKAGED, I WON'T BE WEARING IT! DIDN'T COME WITH A RETURN SLIP AND AS FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE WEBSITE SAYS WILL RESPOND 30 MINUTES TO 24 HOURS BUT TOOK DAYS AND DIDN'T EVEN KNOW HOW TO ADDRESS AND IT DEFINITELY CAME FROM CHINA AND YOU COULDN'T EVEN TRACK IT. NEVER ORDERING AGAIN AS WASTE OF MONEY.

This is yet another Asian company posing as a British brand. The website assures that they'll accept returns but they charge £19.95 upfront to send back for a refund. Just be transparent- don't use .co.uk if you're based in China!!
