Received great customer service. The vest is amazing my 4 year old golden retriever Cooper loves it! super good quality and the chin pad keeps his chin afloat. 10/10 recommend for anyone on the fence!
If I could give a zero star I would! I purchased the life jacket with chin guard for my pup with the belief that it would actually keep my pups head out of the water but it does NOT!! I have reached out to Yappy Paw many time via email, (the phone # is no good) with my concerns and complaint, and was given the run around and was offered a 5% refund to keep the item that does NOT work for my pup! They have a 60 day guarantee but that is a sham because if you want to return the defective item, you have to pay shipping from the USA to Australia, which cost more than the vest! I also was misled that this company was an American company but the vest came from China and returns go to Australia, not the USA!! This company is a sham and rip off! DO NOT GET SUCKERED IN LIKE WE DID!!!!
