My experience was not great but I have faith that things

Positive experience with customer service.

I accidentally signed up and as soon as i did, i cancelled the membership. Then they charged my bank account with several individual transactions. Then my bank notified me. I have been going back n forth with them and they keep telling me they are refunding the charges, but they want me to leave a good review and then they will refund it. WHY would i leave a good review when they have not done what they said they were going to do. VERY POOR customer service and i don't recommend ordering from them. They are a SCAM. Buyer be ware!!!

Was very friendly and helpful. However, we were not able to find my order for the yarn deal.

I accidentally purchased a subscription and I didn’t want one, so they canceled it for me. Emily sent me a response to my request for my money to be refunded and they are in the process of refunding my debit card.

Issue is being handled.

A refund was issued do too redirected site purchase. Conflict resolution was they did a one time refund because of the mishap

I fell for some advertisement on Facebook. I ended up being charged by three different companies after this advertisement.
Yardality not only refunded my full amount, they also gave me a $30 voucher. In case I wanted to try them risk free later.
