$9000 gazebo falls off delivery truck, Yardistry doesn’t care even with video proof provided

I purchased a Yardistry gazebo for nearly $9,000 and the experience has been extremely disappointing.

The shipment arrived as a massive ~1,300 lb box, and during delivery, half of it fell off the truck while being unloaded. I have security footage clearly showing the delivery team mishandling the product, which caused the damage.

I provided this evidence to Yardistry, and instead of addressing the delivery issue, I was directed to their warranty policy, which is completely unrelated to damage caused during shipping.

When I requested a reasonable resolution — either a replacement unit or replacement parts along with compensation for the additional costs I’ve incurred (including contractor delays) — I was told to go through hundreds of individual wooden components and identify the damaged ones myself.

On top of that, I was not given any delivery paperwork or the opportunity to inspect and sign for the condition of the shipment upon arrival.

For a product at this price point, expecting the customer to manage damage caused by mishandled delivery is completely unreasonable. The product may be high quality, but the delivery process and customer support fall far below expectations.
