Hi, stay way from this company, they have damaged my very expensive unit (£4200) and refuse to pay the cost from manufacture to repair it.. they claim that they should have repair it and not the manufacture .. this will void any manufacture warranty. beside they would not have the spare parts to repair it..
Excellent company, offering a great service.
We had our Quooker tap refinished in Urban Brass, and also purchased their sink drainer, and Signature Handspray (expensive but excellent build quality and finish), as well as their Signature Pull Handles for our kitchen cabinets, which look stunning.
We had an issue with the sink drainer which was dealt with quickly and fairly.
All in all, they offer a unique and quality service, with excellent after-sales communication and support.
Highly recommended and would use again in an instant.

We had some items plated by Yardley Bespoke and the outcome was outstanding, so we decided to buy some other products that they make and have them plated as well.
Although we experienced some tarnishing issues with a small amount of what we bought, Yardley Bespoke had no issue in making new ones for us and took on the costs themselves whilst arranging delivery and collection.
You only ever truly know how good a business is when you have to sample their customer support that they offer.
Yardley Bespoke have been truly amazing from start to finish, which is why I felt it only write to give them the praise that they deserve.
