It arrived with the post lady having to put elastic bands around it. All communication with this company is great it’s just the packaging. It arrived open and yarn exposed, luckily no yarn was missing. I emailed them and very quick response was the post office don’t treat the parcels well or words to that effect. I wonder who would miss out if something was missing…

Anyone thinking of buying from here I highly recommend you do. Yes it takes a while to be dispatched as it’s hand wound I only waited 7 working days and it’s really worth the wait. The quality is just amazing. I ordered 2000m of 4ply red wine cake.

Yarn is beautiful but I'm disappointed I've not received it with charms as in the pictures. Mine came with paper tags with pen writing on it.

I’ve used this yarn before so I knew the quality would be good, and it is of course.
I love the colour change, it’s so gradual and looks beautiful, I’m working on a shawl at the moment using Red Wine, which looks fabulous, so I’m really looking forward to starting one in Blue lagoon, just purchased.
The colours are bright and blend beautifully.

Gradient yarns have the tiniest knots ever and all have worked up beautifully

Yarn4You offers decent yarn at reasonable prices, but my experience was mixed. Delivery was slow, and communication had some hiccups. Their website can be tricky to navigate on mobile, which is frustrating. On the positive side, their customer service showed care, and the yarn quality is good. Overall, an okay experience.

I love the yarn. For obvious reasons it’s not super fast delivery but I found the company pretty responsive when I ran out and needed to order more to finish my project. First lot was bought on eBay and I’m glad I checked the colour before ordering because the description had the wrong colours in it. Strangely, I got the postage notification after delivery but I have no idea if that’s because the company is slow or it’s the delivery company

After a breakdown in communication between myself and the supplier, they have come back to me with an appeasing offer to apologise for my bad experience. I consider this to be very good customer care, and is something that is rare. Being a buyer I have seen both sides of this coin, so can truly say; this company not only supplies good quality yarn, but really looks after it's customers. Thank you SL!

Fabulous service, quick delivery & fast service, couldn’t ask for more. Each yarn cake is beautifully wrapped with a gorgeous stitch marker. Included were a few additional surprises which was very kind. Will definitely be ordering more in the future.

Great yarns at reasonable prices and with very quick delivery. The website (on a mobile) can sometimes be tricky to navigate but it's worth persevering. I have already been back for more and will keep going back for yarns.

I was searching for a sunflower colour way yarn and this is perfect ! Beautifully wound by hand with a pretty sunflower stitch marker. I’ve already started a hexagon granny crochet cardigan and the yarn is looking fab. Also feels lovely to crochet with. I bought 4 ply. Thank you so much !
