DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!I ordered an item from their website, it never arrived. It's been more than 3 weeks, I never received a confirmation email or anything. I want my money back, I'm so pissed, absolutely fuming, I cannot believe they just took my money without any confirmation or a receipt.

Honest and helpful is not something this company understands. I bought a body massager from Katycraft, its absolutely useless, they say my time has lapsed for refund/return ,bank statement says paid for in May, company say I paid in April. DO NOT deal with this company, you won't get refund whatever is wrong with order, Arrogant unhelpful staff.

Read all the negative comments. Placed order with Katy Kraft for a portable headboard for my motorhome. Thought I had been scammed. Headboard turned up 4 weeks later. Fits the bill just great.

Bought goods, not fit for purpose and cannot get a refund despite returning them. They say they do not
recognise the order number they sent me.

Avoid at all costs, scam company.
They have another registered company called Katy craft, this is also a scam. Based in Vietnam, zero accountability, they will take your money never send item and never refund.

Avoid this company at all cost!!! Fake scam company. They have £36 of my money and no order. Asked for a refund and no reply from them.

Ordered an item and didn’t hear anything. After 10 days I emailed them and they said it was due to be despatched. I asked for a refund at that point as I saw these reviews. They then despatched the item to me. It arrived and was totally not what was listed. I asked for a refund and they asked me to send pictures and a video of the item. I opened a dispute with paypal and they removed the item from there website and never relied. Just got my refund from PayPal today.
AVOID - dodgy company

Wish I'd have read the reviews spur of the moment purchase. 4 months now and still not received the tracking device I order. 21 emails back and forth. I last told them they live up to their name of spinning a yarn

I have been waiting for ages for my goods!!!! Yarnobsesion are trying to fob me off and at first refused to refund me and now they're asking me to accept half the refund. Disgusting Service. I will never order off this site again and indeed I will be letting fb know and everyone on it!!! Yet another rogue company exploiting vulnerable customers!!!!

I bought an item from FigureEmpire.com and the transaction name on my credit card is Yarnobsession.com beware they are scammers and don't buy from them!

Fake UK site. Actually Vietnamese. Placed order over 3 weeks ago and item tracking has barely changed. Item tracking showing as being in Shenzhen. Avoid.

This company is based in Vietnam - very important!! I ordered a Torch for £28.90 from them in August this year. It finally arrived 4 weeks later wrapped in a tatty grey bin bag sealed with gaffer tap. No paperwork, no box, no return label (surprise surprise), no return address so no great surprise when I plugged it in to charge - it didn't work. I contacted Yarn Obsession and they used all the tricks in the world to not refund so I gave up and set up a case with PayPal thinking they would be on my side see later. Finally with the weight of PayPal on them they agreed to full refund - but I had to return the torch back to Vietnam first and the cheapest route to send back was Royal Mail at £31.20 so I lose out either way. So they have the torch and I don't get a refund until they receive it back - you just know what would happen here don't you, me in UK and Torch back in Vietnam not much chance of getting anything methinks? Why should I have to pay to return an item that didn't work and wasn't clearly tested prior to dispatch. If I were to return it because I did not like or want it but it was working then I get that I should have to pay return costs but not when the goods are faulty. Why can't they send a replacement with return envelope for the faulty item? In PayPal once a seller has agreed a refund then you cannot speak to the seller again via their resolution centre so I could not register my dissatisfaction so I called them (PayPal) and on the call I was told that PayPal could refund me £15.00 of my return costs but I would still lose £13.90 and I said why should I lose anything when what I received never worked in the first place but they said in their terms and conditions buyer has to return (and pay for) whatever the reason even if it is shoddy goods that never worked. So PayPal are supporting companies that could make defective goods and ship them to buyers and they wont do anything about it!!! I will now terminate my PayPal Account, never buy from off UK shores and definitely not from Far East and pay by credit card where you can get some consumer protection that you do not get with Paypal.

DO NOT BUY FROM YARN OBSESSION they are in Vietnam not that you may know you are the way they dress their website up, buyer beware as little to no support from PayPal once you have received any goods faulty or otherwise from them

Yarnobsession.com uses software to mislead you into thinking they are based locally to you and you are supporting local business. I had to open a Paypal dispute to eventually get a refund. If buying I would advise you check ebay/amazon/goggle etc to ensure that you are getting the best price as exchanges & refunds are difficult to say the least
