Yasmine Co. created the push gift of my dreams. I had sent over an inspiration photo for a unique 5 stone band but wanted to personalize it a bit further. They went above and beyond to ensure that I received exactly what I envisioned. I will definitely be a returning customer for future custom pieces.

I’ve had a great experience so far! Alexandra has been super helpful with everything and patient with my questions. I just ordered the ring and I have no doubt that everything will continue to go well, and if not, then I’m sure that Alexandra will be very helpful with figuring things out.

From the moment we contacted Yasamine, Alexandra was incredibly knowledgable about her diamonds, helpful and responsive to all our questions. She took the time to listen to all of our ideas and requests, and made sure that we were happy with every aspect of the design process.

Once the ring was finished, I of course had seen several pictures, but when I received it I was absolutely amazed at how perfect and beautiful the ring was. I wear it daily and get compliments all the time & my friends constantly ask me if they can try it on. :) The shipping was also fast, easy, and the jewelry box that it came in was beautiful. You can tell that Alexandra puts thought into every detail to ensure her customers are 100% satisfied with their purchase.

I don't normally wear rings or much jewelry but wanted to be involved in designing my ring, as my boyfriend also wasn't sure what to get for our engagement. I found Alexandra through the moissanite subreddit's verified vendors list. She was very thorough and patient answering my many questions and giving recommendations where I wasn't sure. After waiting patiently for the proposal (timed with an upcoming trip), I am so happy with my ring! It is exactly what I asked for and more. It sparkles in every light, I can't stop staring at it! She sent plenty of videos showing the stone in different lights but the videos and photos do not do it justice in person. I reached out to Yasamineco via email when my now fiancé and I started looking for engagement rings. Alexandra responded and she was very helpful in setting up a time for us to come to her office to view some of her rings and settings in person as we are local to the area. I immediately fell in love, and emailed back and forth with Alexandra over the next couple weeks as I was deciding what I wanted in my engagement ring. She was so helpful throughout this process and I felt really confident in my custom design once I had made up my mind. After my fiancé paid for the ring Alexandra kept me up to date throughout the process, sending over a CAD for approval and being very accommodating of the changes I requested. After approving the CAD, I asked if she could tell my fiancé when the ring was complete so the proposal could be a surprise, and she was happy to accommodate this. Now that I have the ring, the finished product is beautiful and is of such good quality; I cannot stop staring at it and its been almost a month since the proposal! Her customer service was amazing too, both when she was communicating with me and my fiancé. I can’t recommend YasamineCo enough!

I ordered a custom moissanite engagement ring. Yosamineco was very responsive during the design process and also sent me pictures of the 3D model. Their estimate on completion was also pretty good (within a two week range) so it made it easy for me to plan the engagement itself. My fiancé loves the ring because it has the claws and thickness she wants. The construction and quality are also great. I highly recommend this vendor and will highly consider it for future purchases.

When I began my search for an engagement ring, I had felt that many vendors were almost robotic about the options/choices when choosing an engagement ring (sort of felt like picking toppings for a pizza), and lacked the personal touch I was looking for.

She was informative and detailed, offering meaningful insights to someone who had little to no experience with jewelry, and went out of her way to ensure all the details I had requested, including a hidden halo and a custom laser engraving in Korean. She was such a pleasure to work with and I owe her a huge thanks for making my engagement journey so unique.

I found Yasamineco from a Reddit post after a long search for the perfect engagement ring. I was looking for something particular, but also wanted it to be conflict free. I noticed they had a lot of variety and were able to customize rings to your liking which I couldn't do at a lot of the other businesses I contacted. I found my ring, but needed a faster turn around time since my ceremony was soon. I explained my situation to Alexandra and boy did she deliver. She kept me updated every step of the way, answering all my questions in a timely manner, and got me my ring just in time for the ceremony. Their customer service is unmatched. My ring is absolutely beautiful and I receive compliments on it wherever I go. My fiance and I were so happy to be able to support a small business and I'm so grateful to have found a company that offered ethical solutions without compromising on quality and beauty.

I'd like to urge anyone that is reading these reviews to not hesitate to go with Yasamine. Alexandra is so incredibly communicative and professional. Her stones are truly artisanal and the level of quality is incredible. I am so happy to have found someone that is within the US that does not simply outsource their product but truly customizes every aspect. I did a ton of research and if you do a quick search on Reddit you will be very happy to learn how many other people have had equally as positive experiences.

I loved my experience with Yasamine! I was looking for a very particular stone and Alexandra was quick to respond to all my questions. The stone was shipped on time and is gorgeous. I've had it for almost a year and it's as beautiful as ever. I would absolutely order from her again.

First of all, let me say that I am very picky. And Alexandra of Yasamine Co. exceeded my expectations.

We recently received our 10x7mm crushed ice oval moissanite from Alexandra, and it is even more beautiful than we had hoped for.

Going into this purchase, I did an incredible amount of research. I was looking for a very diamond-like moissanite that would have a lot of sparkle without looking "off" or too mirror-like. I love it when a stone has clear sparkles and some depth to it, and I don't like excessively shiny or brilliant cut oval cut moissanites. So, this led me towards crushed ice cut ovals. However, due to the reflective properties of moissanites, the vast majority of crushed ice cut moissies tend to be cloudy looking, or cloudy looking in some lighting situations. I was not satisfied with any of the crushed ice moissanites being sold, and I even considered giving up on an (ethical, well priced) moissanite for a diamond. Until I found Yasamine Co!

Alexandra spoke with us on the phone, talked us through the process, sent us two sample stones (for only the cost of shipping), and then we put in our order. We told her all our requirements (clear stone despite the cut, no bow-tie, sparkly in all lighting, the works) and she made sure to secure all of those attributes in the stone. She even sent it back to get it re-cut when it wasn't done up to her standards the first time.

I can't think of anything better than to buy an ethical, well priced, and beautiful stone from a local woman-owned business.

We are really grateful for the special crushed ice cut moissanites from Yasamine Co and will definitely be coming back for when it's time to design my right-hand ring!

Alexandra was AMAZING to work with. Hands down the best customer service I have ever gotten! After 250+ emails (yes, really!), I finally made up my mind and the ring was made. I received it today and WOW! It’s even better than I imagined! I’m beyond thrilled with it and will definitely work with her again in the future. Her communication was wonderful throughout the entire process of designing my ring. The end result is amazing! She made my ideas come to life with what ended up being a stunning Moissanite engagement ring!
