Bought a K730 the delivery was fairly quick, but the item had rust on the main components and some creaking noises. I promptly emailed the company that replied to me strangely on a personal email not a company one and asked for some photos which I sent...and that was it! It was left as I'll try and sort that for you and never to heard of them again. I did email back asking for a resolution but nothing. Really poor customer service. Definitely not using them again!

absolutely no communication as to when i would receive the item and when it finally arrived it had rusting on the nuts and screws and the decals were peeling off

The product I purchased was dispatched quickly and arrived within a couple of days. The product itself is of good quality and easy to assemble, it was bought as a gift and didn’t disappoint.
Great service from the store with tracking and acknowledgement provided on dispatch.
Will most definitely use Yateley again.

I would recommend using Yateley Sports Supplies. The delivery was quick and when I had an issue they resolved it quickly.

Did not receive treadmill and told a refund isn’t possible

I would have been better to have a contact form Yateley to say our order was on the way and when to expect it. It was a nice surprise and lucky we were home. There was no invoice ether,I hope the delivery note is sufficient for warranty!!

It arrived extremely quickly and was to an amazing standard.

Ordered the K600 treadmill on the Thursday and it arrived by the Monday afternoon , clear delivery slot given. Very happy with the purchase ! A compact treadmill (approx half the size of a normal gym treadmill) perfect for a home gym and workouts . Quiet motor and fast speeds for keen runners. I was really worried for this arriving as the imagine which has now been removed was not to scale. The company uploaded a correct image in its place showing the true size measurements so I knew what to expect and was pleasantly surprised. Overall extremely happy I ordered from this company :)

Received the treadmill today. Whilst the UPS driver was not very well mannered and there was no specific delivery time, the dispatch and shipping was prompt and packaging was secure. Really easy to assemble and excellent value for money.

Amazing company. Ordered the treadmill on a Saturday night and it was delivered on the Monday. Treadmill is great quality and has had a lot of use already. Thank you for such a great service Yateley Sports Supplies, we will be ordering again soon.

Service, delivery and ease of order fantastic. If you look at the pics below the main pic there is one of the lady running on the K600 treadmill, I was worried that it was very large. When I received the treadmill I realised that the lady is obviously 2 foot 3” as it’s TINY. This photo is obviously not a real photo and has been badly put together. Untrue and false advertising do not buy this unless you are also 2’ 3” tall!!!!!!!

Easy to order, great treadmill for the price! Quite heavy to move but easy to fold up. Top speed 12.8 km great for running.
Only thing is UPS window for delivery was ‘by the end of the day’ which wasn’t handy as had to wait in all day, arrived at 4:30pm.

Product is of a fantastic quality would recommend to anyone!
