Yates Kitchen provided a buffet for our afternoon Summer Party - catering for 60 people. As always, the food arrived on time and was delicious. Yates Kitchen also provided a bar person who was efficient and friendly. We keep returning to Yates Kitchen because they genuinely care about providing a gold standard service to the customer. Highly recommended

Nicely cooked but the salt overpowered everything it may of been soya sauce used . But the saltiness was to much I’m afraid

Yates Kitchen agreed to cater our xmas event at xmas party with very little notice. They were helpful, professional and the food was lovely and arrived well packaged and warm. Absolute pleasure working with them.

Yateskitchen are quite wonderful caterers. Their food is excellent and service outstanding. They were so friendly and helpful from my first rather tentative enquiry to the efficient way in which they cleared up after we had eaten, that it made my first experience of hiring caterers for a family do a real pleasure. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

Instead of going to a restaurant we decided on an in the office Christmas lunch but instead of the usual takeout orders or bringing bits in, we ordered a traditional Christmas lunch from YatesKitchen. Wow, incredible, food was amazing, hot when it arrived, catered for vegetarians, generous portions, packed individually with our names so no messing about trying to work out whose meal! AND we were sent cutlery and dinner plates. Our table looked fit for a king! The team loved it. I'd recommend YatesKitchen anytime. A family business that goes the extra mile.

This seller is the worst person to purchase from. She is extremely rude and unprofessional. She shipped the soup l ordered without a single ice pack but somehow expected me to consume it. She is a murderer. Instead of refunding and closing the case she decided to dispute my claim. Such a foolish seller. Do not waste your money. She wasn't raised well by her parents if she had one.

From the moment I spoke to Hazel about catering for my husbands 70th birthday at home, for approximately 35- 40 guests, I cannot stress how friendly, supportive and professional was the service she offered. Hazel guided me on menu choices , amounts and her responses to my queries (I was a novice at all this!) were speedy and extremely helpful. The menu planned and cost agreed, the party day arrived ! Hazel and her lovely husband arrived exactly on time with our food. It was like meeting old friends, such as the relationship we developed over the process. They set up the food, all carefully labelled on the tables we had prepared ready. I cannot tell you how wonderful it all tasted. Every guest without fail (many used to Caribbean cuisine, some beginners !) said how wonderful it was and so full of taste. The food made the party ! I cannot thank Hazel, her husband and their team enough. It was an amazing experience and I cannot recommend Yateskitchen highly enough ! I think we've made friends for life !

Yates Kitchen were selected as caterers for a funeral. Communication was great every step of the way, helping obtain and decorate tables as well as ensuring there was tea and soup available for those arrived straight after church & didn’t attend the cemetery.
Their professionalism and organisation on the day was also exemplary.
Highly recommended and the tasty food almost felt like a bonus.

I booked Yates kitchen for my parents surprise wedding anniversary party. I am so happy I chose them, their service from start to finish was absolutely fantastic. Hazel and her team did a brilliant job in preparing the food and it tasted wonderful. They made the process easy and were extremely professional and friendly. The party was spectacular and the Caribbean food they provided was exquisite and they set up, served and tidied up perfectly! I would most definitely hire them again for future events. I stumbled upon Yates Kitchen by chance after a Google search, and I am so glad that I did. I was looking for an authentic Caribbean caterer for my father's garden party and my local restaurants were just not up to scratch.

What a breath of fresh air Hazel and her team were! From start to finish our experience was fantastic.

The tram arrived in good time to set up, which they did calmly and without disturbance to the party going on around them. And this despite the challenging location of a marquee with no running water nearby, and limited options for electricity. Nothing fazed them, and all was sorted.

And so to the food. Well, what can I say? Having been raised eating Jamaican food cooked by mum and grandma I can genuinely say that Hazel's food was every bit as good. Fresh ingredients, just the right spice level and not at all oily. Leftovers were packaged as take aways for guests, nothing was wasted. Really , really couldn't fault the service I have to say.

A huge thank you to all at Yates Kitchen for all that they did to make dad's event one to remember. We will certainly book you again for any future events.
